The Office, Season 3 Episode 20: "Product Recall"
When it comes to underrated characters in The Office, Ed Helms portrayal as Andy is right up there. Steve Carrell and Rainn Wilson rightfully get the majority of the plaudits (as Michael and Dwight) along with a couple of others, but Andy is really a character that grows over the course of the show. Mr. Cornell definitely stole the limelight for us in a number of episodes. Roo-doo-doot-da-doo'.
