Guest Matt
Following courtesy of ProWrestling.com. The WWE Hall Of Fame, which returned for the WrestleMania XX festivities, is reportedly going to have a future involvement in WrestleMania events. It should come as no surprise, therefore, that WWE is already showing interest in its next potential inductees. Various insider sources claim that Vince McMahon wants to get Hulk Hogan, Bruno Sammartino and Bret Hart inducted as soon as possible. The WWE head feels this will "legitimize" the HOF and create a better connection with today's fan. Many still believe that Bret Hart will make one more appearance during WWE programming, aside from a potential HOF induction Gos i sure hope so! Evil Gringo 279
They should be in the hall of fame alongside Bulldog, Owen, Ted DiBase, Savage and Piper... Shame all those ego's will get in the way ain't it...
Guest The Beltster
If 1 man should be in the WWF/WWE HoF, or any pro wrestling HoF, it should be Hogan. Even people who hate Hogan would probably agree on that!
Evil Gringo 279
Hell I hate Hogan as you know Beltmark and I still feel due to what he achieved in wrestling and also helping reach the mainstream that he should be placed in the Hall Of Fame.... Lot more deserving then Sgt Slaughter anyway... always hated that guy...
Guest Cactus Jack
It must have been purely egotistical from Vince not to induct Hogan at this years WM, as if to say there is better then him. Hogan should have been the first inducted for Christ's sake!
Guest The Crippler
Thank god, for a moment I thought Vince was going to go back on what he said and actually get Hogan back in the ring! Phew.

Guest Cactus Jack
Thank god, for a moment I thought Vince was going to go back on what he said and actually get Hogan back in the ring! Phew. Sorry, but what was this? Presumably Vince was questioned on whether to bring back an active Hogan, and his answer was ............ :?
Guest E2K
Right, these are all the members of the WWE HOF so far: Andre The Giant George "The Animal" Steele Chief Jay Stongbow The Fabulous Moolah Gorilla Monsoon The Grand Wizard "Classy" Freddie Blassie Killer Kowalski "Golden Boy" Arnold Skaaland James Dudley Bobo Brazil Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers Pat Patterson Antonino Rocca Johnny & Jimmy Valiant "Big Cat" Ernie Ladd "Baron" Mikel Scicluna Ivan Putski Captain Lou Albano Pedro Morales Vince McMahon Sr. Johnny Rodz Junkyard Dog Jesse "The Body" Ventura Sgt. Slaughter Don Muraco Greg "The Hammer" Valentine Tito Santana Bobby "The Brain" Heenan Superstar Billy Graham Harley Race Big John Studd and, er, Pete Rose :? Basically, Bruno Sammartino should've been in it years ago. Ditto Hulk Hogan, despite the fact that I can't STAND the man. Bret Hart should DEFINITELY be put in there. Ditto Davey Boy, Randy Savage, Ted Dibiase, Jake Roberts, Roddy Piper. Now THERE are seven guys to honour next year, eh? But Vince's ego will no doubt get in the way again. Guest The Crippler
Sorry, but what was this? Presumably Vince was questioned on whether to bring back an active Hogan, and his answer was ............ :? Vince said on OTR that he didn't see where the investment was in bringing back Hogan to the roster. So when I saw the title "WWE Interested in Hogan......" I immeditately thought McMahon was interested in bringing him back.
Guest Cactus Jack
Cheers! Have to admit though, as a Hogan mark, I'm gutted :(
Guest The Crippler
He also said he didn't see where the investment was in bringing back the McMahon character. He said he's more interested now in pushing younger guys and those who are on the road at house shows etc.
Guest Cactus Jack
Saying he is interested in pushing younger guys is a bit contridictory considering he's got a has-been in Benoit as champ :P
Guest The Crippler
OOOOHHH, watch it young man. :P He said he's more interested now in pushing younger guys and those who are on the road at house shows etc I think that covers the Benoit thing. ;)
Guest Cactus Jack
I'm sure Mr. Benoit has used his political power to pull out of numerous house shows. Talk about ego's ;)
