Guest Sem
Is it just me or do you guys think John Cena is the biggest 'Tard' in the WWE period. He cant rap, he is an ugly mofo, and just watching him coming out and talking crap makes my blood boil. And yet for some reason he is popular with the fans. :roll
Guest The Beltster
John Cena sucks. His in-ring talents are minimal to say the very least, his face persona sucks the big one, he is awful. Still, he is over so he will be around for a while...sadly.
Fletch 204
I dont mind Cena. Hes not the best wrestler but he is entertaining. I think his rap cd will be a must buy for me to be honest as i rather like the tw rap songs Ive heard from him thus far but hes not the big star everyone makes him out to be. Guest trellian
I remember seeing Cena when he turned face and was extremely over with the crowd. I thought he was quite good then. Then I took a hiatus from watching RAW, and didn't start watching until Survivor Series.. and the mic work Cena did on the following Smackdown was just not very good.. and his in-ring has not improved either. WWE were grooming him to be SD's answer to Randy Orton, but I think they will have a hard time doing that. Sure, people love guys being stabbed in the kidney and then being able to wrestle six weeks after that. Maybe we can ask Johnny Devine how it really felt to be stabbed in the kidney?? Lame by WWE if you ask me..
Dead Crow 370
I can't blame him so much for his gimmick. He took a Vanilla Ice-wannabe gimmick that nobody believed would get over, and got it over. Few can say they've done that. I also think that he's very charismatic, and works well as a brawler, as opposed to a technical worker where he is flawed. I think he's got enough talking ability and youth to improve and be a hit whatever he does. Would like a heel turn though, with more of his "Prototype" character. Guest xzonewrestling
he doesnt write his own raps anymore though, which may have something to do with peoples subconcious opinions of him, hes sayin what scriptwriters tell him to say, which is nothing different to what the rest of the company do an loses originality IMO anyway
Guest Anime Otaku
i agree i actually think he should be allowed to cut loose just so long as he remembers the marquee says 'WWE' not 'ECW' and keeps it relatively clean
Guest Woody
Cena my not be great in the ring but he does pull it off. His mic skils have got him were he is today, The Rock started just like tihs and look at him now, ok he turned his back on the WWE but he will be always knowen as one of the best super stars in the WWE. Guest Gooneronastick
Personally, I like Cena ( note the avatar ). I preferred him in heel persona but the current face side was necessary because of the lack of face opponents for him. His mic skills are good and his in-ring work looks ok to me. I'm sure he will improve as time goes on.
Guest The Gentleman
I liked Cena as "Prototype" in OVW. He wasn't anything special in the ring, but what he had was solid! My favourite WWE match of him was his debut against Angle, as he was solid in the ring like he was in OVW, nothing flashy, but well executed. As for his rap gimmick, not only has it forced goofy promos on him, it has also given him ridiculous and pointless offense. "The Five Knuckle Shuffle"??? Plus he has the absolute WORST finisher in the WWE!
Guest Gooneronastick
"The Five Knuckle Shuffle"??? Plus he has the absolute WORST finisher in the WWE! Worse than Scotty's Worm and Rock's pointless "People's" Elbow drop?????
Guest The Gentleman
Worse than Scotty's Worm and Rock's pointless "People's" Elbow drop????? I never said the the "Five Knuckle Shuffle" was worse than anything, if you read my post again!!! I said it was pointless offense! The worst finisher in the WWE is the "F-U" it has an identical amount of impact on the opponent as a Body Slam does!

Sorry dude, my bad, I pasted too much in my original post. But I still hold firm that Scotty's worm, which is only a chop essentially has less impact than the F-U and that makes the Worm officially the worst finisher in the WWE :thumbsup

The worm is the worst finisher, but i forgot about Scotty as i tried to wash him from my memory after his match with Malenko at Backlash 2000 which was his career highlight! Anyway, A chop is way weaker than a slam, unless it is from Benoit! Benoit's chop would be a more legit finisher!
BRM 220
He's over so somebody likes him. He may not be the best in ring talent the world has ever seen, but neither was hogan and he's a legend. So the rhymes he uses now are scripted by some guy in suit, he's only doing what he's been told. thats what he gets payed to do.
