Yay! Yesterday I was out and got a DS with Mario Kart DS, Super Monkey Ball touch and roll, Mario and Luigi and Nintendogs: Labrador. I also have Mario 64 DS and Advance wars Dual strike along with headphone/mic and some cartridge cases ordered online from Game :)

Favourite so far is Mario Kart and Nintendogs (I got a Shiba Inu bitch called Momo... she's sooooo cute. :wub)

Anyone got any further recommendations?

Here's a recommendation - don't get too involved with Advance Wars, because it'll "eat" your life. Also, Animal Crossing will destroy hours of your life as well. :P

Trauma Centre, Lunar Genesis and also Ace Phoenix (when its out!) All outstanding. Wario Ware is also completely brilliant!

We've borrowed Darky and Gems Buzz and Singstars at the moment, since Pauls got my Xbox to keep him occupied til he gets a new PS2.

Has anyone got Metroid Prime: Hunters?

I've played the demo and wanted to see the full game, but don't know anyone with it.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney~!, Animal Crossing and Resident Evil are all out on Friday with Trauma Center out in another couple of weeks.

 

Good time to own a DS, almost makes up for last years terrible launch lineup and complete lack of decent games.

Has anyone got Metroid Prime: Hunters?

I've played the demo and wanted to see the full game, but don't know anyone with it.

 

It was originally due out last year, but has been put back until june of this year. By all accounts it looks tremendous. And their are other playable characters than samus this time, could be interesting.:xyx

I'd get one but I'm awful at swearing and fidgeting playing games so I couldn't take it with me on the train.

 

Needless to say I'd love one and then could battle Paula on Mario Kart and Sonic!

Mario Kart is the best of the games I got, closely followed by Nintendogs. I'd only get monkey ball on the DS if you get it cheap as part of a deal as I did, it was all of 9.99 I think from 29.99 as I got the Mario Kart bundle. I'll probably be going down at the weekend ot trade in my GC so I'll probably get Animal Crossing and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney from game then, I'm considering getting Trauma Centre from Lik Sang but I may just pre order it from game as I have enough to get on with for now, especially as I got The Godfather on PS2 as well.

The best thing about Mario Kart is that you can connect wirelessly, so if you can find others with DSs around, then you can race away. :xyx

I never use the Gamecube anymore as most of the games I have been buying are multiformat and when I've gotten a multiformat game on GC the controls have not been good but the PS2 versions of games have been good.
