Not a nice bit of news. As people have already said bob holly is meant to be a bit of a bully but he doesn't deserve this at all, I hope he gets out of it and comes away fine.

I have never likes Holly, I think he is a bully and well I won't say what else so i'm not gonna feel too sorry for him, but saying that it is not nice to hear that he is really ill like this, I hope he gets better soon, but it causes him to give up the day job :D

IYup' date=' just like he put Brock over by sandbagging him.[/quote']

Yeah I think the whole "broken Neck" thing might have been karma's way of paying that back.

Much as I despise Hardcore Holly's attitude, this is not good news, and not something I'd wish on my worst enemy.

I hope Hardcore Holly gets better very soon. This is once again sad news no matter how anyone feels about him. I am not sure if the term bully is right for holly though, JBL very much so, but Holly was just tough, and always has been like that, people like Benoit and Undertaker give rookies hard times in the lockeroom but i don't hear many people complain about that.

I'm not a fan of Bob Holly (understatement off) however I do not wish him illness. This is awful news for Holly and his family and my thoughts are with his family and I do hope he recovers from this.

Without trying to sound negative. What if he did die, do you think they'd for a memorial show for him. I mean his been in the company now for about 12 years. Or is there not enough money in milking Bob Hollys death? (if it occurs soon)

Well, they put on SUCH a show when Boss Man died, didn't they? He had worked for them for YEARS, and when he passed then they only gave him a quick bit at the start of the show.

Bossman worked for them for about 9 years, and he did leave once or twice for WCW did he not? that doesnt matter though, if Hardcore passed away it'd get a mention and they'd show a video tribute and do something during the show like have all the superstars surround the ring whilst the video is playing or something like that.

He did go to WCW, worked as "The Boss" until WWF told them to change the character as it was too similar to his WWF one, and he became the Guardian Angel - then he went back to the WWF during the Corporation period, and stayed with them until the end.

I really doubt they'll do a memorial show for Holly though - he's a perenial mid-carder, only having one joke of a main event push. I think Holly was best in the tag division, but was mostly just a bit of a jobber to the up and comers.
