Sorry to say but I laughed my ass off in Tesco when I read this, its mean I know but having been born a red-head and suffering the jibes for it even after it changed colour I just couldn't have sympathy (So What Shoot Me)

Knowing what red heads are like and the kids in particular I can probably garantee you that they aint no damn angels, ginger kids think that because they are ginger they can cause hell and just get "Oh it's the hair colour they're fiesty you know" and they get away with it.

To me this sounds like there is way more to this than meets the eye.

Chances are the family were a bunch of terrors and have just used this ginger excuse, and the media have lapped it up.

My dad worked with this black woman once, who was utterly useless. Didn't do any work, talked to her friends on the phone all day, argued with everyone, turned up late, you name it. Yet when they asked her to buck her ideas she'd go "oh your just picking on me cause I'm black". 3 years she went through nearly being sacked but everytime bigwigs would stop cause of the possible implications it could cause. They didn't want headlines saying "BP is racist, sacks employee of the month worker for the colour of her skin" or whatever catchy title they could come up with.

I don't for one second believe a family could be hounded out because they are ginger. Does Nicky Butt find it hard to go out at night then or something?

Typical newspaper rubbish. Whats next, I had to leave my job at Clarks cause I was bullied for having massive feet?

Same as the woman who claimed she was being victimised for being fat, as they wouldn't let her into clubs. Turns out, that shes actually covered in tattoos all down her arms and anybody with visible tattoos isn't allowed in. Silly bint. Yeah they were probably just as bad as the rest of them, if not worse.

Think your spot on there Jung, I saw this news report on the local news, and according to the news, several residents when up to the TV crew after the TV report and said that the children had terrorised the residents on the estate, and they were too scared to come forward and appear on TV.

I guess there may be more to this than appears.

I would of agreed, but apparantly she's been approached to play Margret Thatcher in a film of her life.

Now i don't know about you, but that just ruins it for me.

Come on, the iron lady probably dressed in tight skirt suits while investigating UFO attacks and stuff, now that's interesting viewing! Heck, she was married to Dennis after all, and if you can manage to understand the kufuffle with Mark then you too would be a world power.

Iron Lady files...

The lady that is for turning is out there, just not in no. 10.

How did you come to this conclusion? Just curious...

I thought there was a news report where residents told the tv crew about the ginger children running amok??

The news report I saw on ITV Tyne Tees said that several families and local residents approached the TV crew and informed them the family in question have caused alot of problems in the local area with the children causing problems.

So I guess whether the family are being forced out due to the colour of thier hair or because they are trouble makers will depend.

What!? Children causing mischief!? No no no, that won't do at all! Might as well hang them, as they'll surely just destroy any town they live in from the inside out.

    • When the Carolina Panthers signed Andy Dalton earlier this offseason, they had their soon-to-be No. 1 overall pick in mind. Why not roster a 12-year veteran and three-time Pro Bowler to consult with your rookie quarterback? But what the Panthers might not have known is that Dalton also has some chops as a fashion consultant. Dalton, Bryce Young and Matt Corral looked a bit different—perhaps slimmer depending on who you ask—when they hit the practice field on Monday. Instead of donning the usual red practice jerseys, the trio began the latest installment of organized team activities in black—a change inspired by the 35-year-old passer. Corral was really loving the switch. Here were his thoughts, courtesy of Panthers.com’s Darin Gantt: Gantt also got a few words from the fashion icon himself: It’s not as powerful as “Keep Pounding,” but perhaps the Panthers can look good, feel good and play good into the 2023 campaign. • The NFC South returned to its 2014 form this past season. (For those who aren’t exactly acquainted with the “NFSW South,” yeah, it’s not good.) An 8-9 record, one mustered up by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was good enough to take the division’s 2022 crown. Behind them were the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons—all of whom finished at 7-10. So, will this year be different? Join us in our Wire Network roundtable—featuring managing editors Matt Urben (Falcons Wire), John Sigler (Saints Wire) and River Wells (Bucs Wire)—as we set our realistic expectations for each team in 2023. • Russell Okung may have never been called “fast” during his 11-year NFL career. But now, he’s embraced a different kind of fast in finding life after football. Almost two months ago—on Easter Sunday, to be exact—the former Carolina Panthers offensive lineman tweeted out a picture displaying the fruits of his dramatic body transformation. Once 330 pounds, a slender Okung looked precisely how the caption of the post read—”Reborn.” So, how did he do it? On Monday night, the 34-year-old answered that question: Okung added the following in a series of additional tweets: The 2010 sixth overall pick and two-time Pro Bowler played his final professional season with the Panthers in 2020. So, by our and Okung’s calculations, that was about three years and over 100 pounds ago. • The Dallas Cowboys started their week by bringing in seven players for a look—and among them was a former Carolina Panthers quarterback. Jacob Eason worked out for “America’s Team” on Monday. The 25-year-old passer was released by the Panthers back on May 18. Eason cracked into the pros as a fourth-round draft pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 2020. He appeared in his first NFL game in Week 2 of the 2021 campaign—when he completed two of his five passes for 25 yards and a pick against the Los Angeles Rams. After being waived by the Colts later that season, and then by the Seattle Seahawks in the summer of 2022, Eason landed in Carolina at the start of last season. In what would be his lone outing for the Panthers, the 6-foot-6, 231-pounder mopped up to finish off the Week 6 loss to the Rams (again)—where he threw for 59 yards and an interception. • Should the Carolina Panthers play it out with CJ Henderson in 2023 or pass him on to the next spot before the summer is over? Bleacher Report’s Kristopher Knox thinks they should be of the latter thought, opining that a split with the 24-year-old cornerback may be best for both sides. Henderson was acquired by the Panthers in a 2021 swap with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who made the University of Florida product the ninth overall pick just a year earlier. Carolina parted ways with tight end Dan Arnold and a 2022 third-round pick for the defender and a 2022 fifth-rounder. Similarly to his brief time in Jacksonville, Henderson has not been able to stick on in Charlotte—having struggled over much of his 27-game stint for his new squad. His roughest outing, perhaps, came in what was essentially the NFC South title game this past season—when he was a prominent part of the coverage that allowed 207 yards and three touchdowns to Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout Mike Evans. The Panthers declined Henderson’s fifth-year option back on May 1.
