Massive Television Deal

 

We are pleased to be able to announce that we are involved in a massive television deal, we have been working behind the scenes now for sometime on this project with various other important parties that are also involved in putting a British wrestling promotion on major television channels on a regular basis.

At this stage we are advised to only release certain details, however we can tell you that this will be bigger and better than anything previously attempted in this country.

 

We will employ the best of the top talent available from our own roster, in addition we will recruit and employ further suitable talent from around Britain and the rest of the World.

 

Anyone not 100% committed will not be included.

Right i was talking to a soruce about this happening and he said it is only showing in the south west of the england. Is this true or is this just a rumour. also he told me who the deal was with but i some how cant belive this. please vertify if this is true or not thankyou bye

Whomever your source is can't be very reliable, I'm afraid. There have been no details released in any way shape or form about times, regions or channels to ANYONE (That includes us workers).

 

So I'm afraid your man can't know! :)

But I hope it is a national deal, and not just in the South. People tend to think things only happen in the South; we'd like wrestling too up north!

Wow, they've landed such a big deal that they can't even tell us anything of note...

Why such cynicism? Why not appreciate the fact that British wrestling is coming back? It's easy to sit behind a computer screen and criticise! British wrestling needs support - not misery and moaning! Can you even imagine the kind of hard work that's gone into this? NWA-UK are nice enough to give the fans a taster, and not hold it to their chests - maybe give the loyal British fans a glimmer of hope - something to look forward to! And you greet it with that comment?

 

Honestly, I actually thought for one second that everyone would be excited by this and would support. Theres always one who thinks it's cool to come up with some sarky comment and try to run it down though.

Obviously NWA UK have been told by the TV company that they can't announce the deal in full but to tell the fans that something big is about to happen.

 

Or on the other hand it may not be 100% finalized, but I thkn it's great NWA UK have come out and let us know of this development.

 

I for one am very excited at the news that UK wrestling will about to hit UK TV. UK wrestling has had a hard time over the last 10 years but it is slowly coming back into effect. If you are a true fan of UK wrestling you should be excited by the news andou should know it's been a long hard for UK wrestling to get on the screens.
