Naitch 207
Saw 'Once' last night. Don't normally call a film 'beautiful' because 'beautiful' is a Goddamn pansy ass pussy word and I'm a glass chewing hardass but I have to concede that it was 'beautiful'. Made for about 75p but a really nice little film. Hansard should do more acting, think this was his first film since his bit part in 'The Commitments'. Also, I think I'm in love with the Czech girl. And because this film made me soft, here you go: http://filmhill.com/media/2981/Once-2007.html Sssshhh, don't tell anyone.

Guest The Joker
The last film I watched was Gremlins. I never watched it as a kid and I brought it almost a year ago but never had time to watch it. But I was bored yesterday so I put it on and I found it really strange, not as scary as Critters but still enjoyable. Gizmo is the cutest thing Ive ever seen. "No..bright light!" Havent seen alot of new movies this year apart from The Simpsons, Spiderman 3 and Halloween 2007. Also Borat and Jackass 2 but I wouldnt really class those as Movies. Still all fun to watch though. Guest bigmatt
I saw this last night after the reccomendation. I agree it's a terrific film - Christian Bale's english accent was pretty good - Jackman stole the show though. :good222: Doesn't Christian Bale look like Frank Lampard! :eek I still rate him though (not fat frank - Bale) Glad you liked it mate.Hugh Jackman was surprisingly good in it,up untill this film I didn't rate him as a serious actor but I'll definetly look out for his future films now.I thought Sir Michael Caine added so much to the movie and his performance often goes unnoticed.Bale was excellent as he usually is. As for those considering inside man,I would recommend it.Its not a great film but is definetly a good solid watch. It gets better as it goes on with great psychological battles between the two stars. My film reccomendation for TWO is Blood Diamond.A really good action packed film with a lot of heart and great acting.Of course it has its share of propaganda if you like but as long as you feel like your not trying to be influenced by it then its a great film to watch. Guest Popsi
I think Leo's best film is What's eating Gilbert Grape, that's a fantastic little film. I just watched The Departed again, it's just so so good!!
Guest Al Stevens
Just watching Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Quick question though, how can someone as badass as Vader be only a few poems and a fringe away from being a full blown scene kid
The Icon 152
Saw some film on MGM movie channel. I think it was called space troopers or forest troopers or something. The gist of it was a inept looking monster, a bunch of american gi's and some nazi soldiers in the woods during WWII. One of those films so dumb it becomes gold. More a comedy with mild sci-fi elements than anything else, intentional I should add.
