I know that this topic is very subjective. I would like to know the ways you do as a stress reliever. I usually try to listen to music as a stress reliever, but sometimes the music can't relieve the stress.

I watch movies when I'm stressed out, mostly comedy in order for me to calm down. A beer or any alcoholic beverage will often calm me down if ever I cannot watch a movie.
I try to sleep if I can to relieve stress. Easier said than done though because I think about the problem while trying to sleep. I drink chamomile tea to try to relax.
Well, how I wish I was able to sleep soundly whenever there was something troubling my mind. Most times, I turn to music in order to soothe my mind. A cold beer helps me relax and figure things out but I avoid going this route at times.
Music usually does it for me. On the times when it doesn't, I go outside and do yard work. It gets me out of whatever gave me stress and makes me focus on something positive that has nothing to do with other people. And people are typically what ends up giving me stress.

S..........E.......... I'll let someone else finish that.. LOL.

 

Jogging helps too. I used to do it more than I do now, and it really has a way of clearing your mind.

Music plus driving alone is a big stress buster. I don't have to wonder if I'm annoying anyone with my random songs. I also like winding down with YouTube clips.
I remember a scene of The Punisher TV show where someone destroyed things in order to relieve stress. The property that he damaged was an abandoned building and he was one of the workers who was hired to tear down the building. Talk about getting paid to destroy things.
