This is coming out in December. I must say, I laughed when I first saw this trailer. The CGI is interesting, to say the least!

 

I started laughing even before watching the trailer. There is such a rich cast, and this will be a hit. I can't wait to laugh hard in December!

You spoke my mind. The body-paint looks a bit awful, but I think the tails were necessary, seeing that this is a cat movie. I look forward to laughing hard in December.

It is definitely an interesting trailer. The plot premise I read on Wikipedia, however, is not. I'm a little wary, but I remember the genre fondly thanks to The Greatest Showman, so I'll probably give it a try.

I saw the updated trailer. Everything looks pretty much the same. But now more shots of Idris Elba, and the costumes on a few characters seem a teeny bit looser.

I am also not a big fan of movies with a musical plot, but a fantasy film based on a stage musical is already appealing. The cast includes Jason Derulo, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson and Taylor Swift. Hopefully, it lives to its billing, considering the budget of £230 million.

The director announced that a digitally updated version will be available everywhere starting Tuesday. Maybe the changes will bring in more viewers? Opening numbers are quite a bit under projections.
