Posted May 19, 200321 yr Hey, These questions always have to be answered and have to pop up every now and then, so please answer the following : >Tea or Coffee? >Toast or Biscuits? >Coca Cola or Pepsi? >McDonalds or Burger King? Cheers. :)
May 19, 200321 yr They always have to be asked Pab, but the answers are pretty straightforward. Tea of course! I've never been a big fan of caw-fee, I have no idea what places outside of Britain see when they go mad over coffee, it is foul! That's just what I think anyway but I say tea. Milk but no sugar please Pab! Chop chop! ;) Biscuits over toast. Toast with something else is better, like beans on toast, but on their own I would go for biscuits. Ideal with tea, there's just the most marvellous feling about dunking it in and feeling the softened, mushy biscuit taste tinged with tea! Fantastic. I quite like Pepsi Max out of the two, but I'm not fussed really. If I can get Red Kola, Irn Bru or Um Bongo I'd much rather have that, even a nice orange of lemonade drink. If I have to choose though I'll say Pepsi, but if you asked me to tell apart one from the other I'd probably struggle. Burger King every time, no contest. McDonalds has some decent stuff like McFlurry ice creams, but Burger King has the superior burgers. The Big King and Whopper are fantastic. We had one hungry day last year once when they had triple Bacon Double Cheeseburgers on offer, and we had been playing darts all day going for 'shanghai' (a single, double and treble of the same thing with three darts, you only ever see it professionally on 20s so that makes 120). Having worked up an appetite with such displays of athleticism my mate and I decided to head across the road to get served by Tony at BK, and went for the shanghai cheese! I wouldn't mind but when I got down to the double I had been given a Big King instead of a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, the swines! It felt like I had gone for double top and put in the five, but then only darts fans will know what I mean!

May 20, 200321 yr neither Biccys (specially pinky wafers) Pepsi cos it's sweeter Mcdonalds cos they have yummy pasta salads
May 20, 200321 yr Tea or Coffee? Definitely Tea, nothing beats a hot cup of tea first thing in the morning! Toast or Biscuits? Toast, with chocolate spread on. Coca Cola or Pepsi? Always Coca Cola McDonalds or Burger King? Burger King wins this one
May 20, 200321 yr Tea- coffee makes me go to sleep Toast- Cheese on Toast that is Coca-Cola - Pepsi gets flat in 5 mins (10 if it in the fridge) Macdonalds- BK have better burgers but overall Macdonalds are beat BK, they are cheaper, there fries are better and the only reason BK has better service is becuase they barely get any customers
May 20, 200321 yr >Tea or Coffee? Tea for sure. Although I like the aroma of fresh coffee, the taste just does nothing for me. Whereas a cup o' cha always cheers. >Toast or Biscuits? Toast with ICBI'sNB and lashings of Bovril. >Coca Cola or Pepsi? Diet Coke. And, latterly, Vanilla Diet Coke. Pepsi (even the Diet brands) just seems to sweet and peppery. >McDonalds or Burger King? McDonald's every time! The only thing BK has going for it is its fries: the crispy coating thing. But all the coating means is that they can hold them longer in the production tray so the product is old. McD's fries don't last so long so sometimes you'll end up with and older batch and they'll be bad but the trick with McD's fries is if you want a hot, fresh lot, guaranteed, ask for them without salt. They HAVE to cook up a fresh batch, clean the scoop, clean the tray and you get super-fresh chips. Then all you need to do is ask for a satchet of salt! Same goes for burgers: if you go in when it's busy and you can see that the production bin is full of food you can be sure that the burger you get will have been there for a fair while. Just ask for one without pickle of mustard or whatever and they have to make a fresh one. The good thing with this is that when it's busy they'll be constantly cooking burgers in the kitchen so it shouldn't take more than a minute to get your order. This is my advice to you: use it wisely.
May 20, 200321 yr Hi >Tea or Coffee? Dont drink either. >Toast or Biscuits? Neither...well maybe a biscuit now and again but havent had toast or biscuits in ages :) >Coca Cola or Pepsi? Diet Coke, although I've been drinking mainly Robinsons fruit drinks lately. >McDonalds or Burger King? McDonalds, but I like Subway more. :D

May 20, 200321 yr Originally posted by Nicole Bk chips are damn yummy but the burgers are cacky! Big macs or mega macs yum yum what the hell! isn't it suppose to be the other way (Nicole must be drunk...yeah that's it)
May 20, 200321 yr Another little BK tip for those of you who may not have known is that on the packaging there are numbers from one to twelve, and those numbers are actually five minute intervals, which tell you when the burger should be discarded. So, if a burger has a one circled on it, that means that that burger is supposed to be thrown out at five minutes past the hour, and if it has a three circled it should go at quarter past, a seven means twenty-five minutes to the hour, you get the idea (I hope!). So, if you get a burger at say, five past the hour and it has a nine circled on it, then that burger should have been thrown out twenty minutes ago and will probably not taste as nice as it should, so if you're particularly fussed about it you can ask them to make you a fresh one.

May 20, 200321 yr It's time Pabster answered his own topic question. :) >Tea or Coffee? Tea is my choice. It's nice and relaxing in the night. Helps me goto sleep more easier. Half a sugar for me! >Toast or Biscuits? I love my Toast, especially dunking it into tea so the butter become juicy and overall becomes more tastier. No jam/marmite crap, just plain ol' butter. >Coca Cola or Pepsi? Coca-Cola has the classier taste whilst Pepsi tastes like cheap supermarket own brand cola. >McDonalds or Burger King? The fries are better in Maccies, but the burgers are superior in BK. If I look at it overall, I pick BK - as it is tastier by a pinch of salt. Cheers.
