Something I'm always curious about! I used the most common ones: Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge.

Currently I'm using Firefox, and it's the one I used the most in my life. Some months ago I decided to give Edge a try, and for my surprise, it's not that bad once you fully control it (changed bing for google or duck duck go, hide all annoying news about stuff you don't care, install an adblocker, etc).

I have Chrome installed just in case, I used to follow some programming courses and Chrome was the go-to for web development in those.

What's yours?

I made the switch to Edge last year. Tried it multiple times over the years, but I usually went back to Chrome. I feel it's at a point where it's dare I say... Good.

It's an absolute must to change the default search engine from Bing to Google, though 😆

Finally! Edge is not so bad, it's pretty fast even. Not everything is rainbows and happiness but it doesn't deserve the hate it gets, at least not at this current time.

One of my friends converted me over to Opera and I’ve really been liking it so far, I’m not sure it’s the “best” but I enjoy it!

I used to use a browser called Maxthon years ago. I wonder what that's like nowadays....

Don't get tempted to try out something new. No. Don't do it, @Motorcycle Nerd.

I'm probably going to be trying a new browser soon.

I know that feeling!

Firefox.

I've tried all the others, and they are fine, I guess. But I keep coming back to Firefox because it's simply the best.

I can't really argue with that. I used to use it regularly years ago, but I ended up switching because it didn't have the extensions, I needed for work available. That was years ago, though. Glad to hear it's still as good as ever 🤘

While Firefox has all the extensions I need, I do think that Chrome still has the best extension support of all the major web browsers.

But Firefox on Android actually has extensions, it's the only browser on Android with extensions as far as I know. So for example, browsing YouTube with uBlock origin and YouTube High Definition extensions on my phone is a much better experience than the actual app. And I get background play as well - without having to pay for premium, that's great! 😁

I switched to iPhone recently and I’ve been giving Safari an go, which has extensions as well (1Blocker)…. which I didn’t know until now. Thanks for helping me figure that out!

Our family watches YouTube on TV a lot, so ended up getting the YouTube premium family plan. Before getting premium, ublock was my lifeline while watching on PC 😆
