i just wanna say that i think the build up to the rumble in the past few weeks has been quite poor despite HHH's return. The product has generally been quite poor, HHH's return could've been better. The person that has kept it from being worse is Ric Flair who has been great to watch. I think that bringing Hulk Hogan back is a bad idea coz he signifies the past and the wwf should be looking ton the future with all the young talent such as Edge and Test.

I think the build up has had all of the hype with none of the excitement, simply because nobody really cares. The WWF has been hyping the Rumble but they're not really bothered about what goes into it, they just want the viewers to buy it, the level of apathy among the fans and the WWF is shocking and very reminiscent of WCW.

I don't know...the build-up hasn't been that bad, sure we only know a full handful of matches and not too much has gone into building the main event- though i don't blame WWF because that match will be overshadowed by the 30-man royal rumble.

But the build-up to the ric flair vs Vince match has been great and abt the 30 man royal rumble... can't wait to see golddust, mr perfect, godfather and val vens in action

 

I bet DDP enters [and exits] the royal rumble first!

i dont give a toss about what happens or the promotion for it as long as D'Lo Brown comes back. My friend has illegal connection to sky box office and he is videoing it for me so i will see D'Lo come back if he does. that will make the whole rumble PPV worth it

Sorry to dowse your dreams, but all 30 participants have been announced. Which is odd, because that leaves no room for secret entrants, Godfather, Goldust, val venis and mr perfect have been announced, so theres no secret there.

Well they would of been secret only for them blabbing about it.

They could have people just "invade" the rumble if they wanted too. Also some of the wrestlers taking part could be "taken out" during Heat/the PPV.

I su[ppose so and i seem to rememer Hugh Morrus and Chavo running in some battlt royal although i think it was meaningless....

Yea , as long as they dont take someone out to be replaced by drew carry ill be fine.

 

Seriously though , everyones slagging the rumble but what could the WWF have done to make you buy it.

Id like to think i would have bought it (i get it for free anyway) but i aint sure , The usual excitment surounding the Rumble seems to be missing
