  1. I knew the card going into this, but didn't know much about the stadium, when I turned on the pre show and saw it was outside, I was happy, I love it when WWE do open air events, it just seems I dunno...more special, the Levi Stadium was a great venue. I don't usually watch any of the pre show stuff, but think I'm gonna make a point of always watching the Mania one. The little build segments helped the hype nicely, and I really enjoyed the 2 matches they had. Thought it was one of my fave Mania's I've seen, that RKO though!! wow. Lesnar has always been a fave of mine, but he's more dominant than ever, sometimes you even think to yourself, is he really beating these people, his presence is awesome. Suplex City Btch was EPIC!! I knew Sting would lose, Vince's ego is too big! I was also annoyed, but saw it coming a mile off. The whole DX - NWO stuff felt cheesey, but slightly awesome at the same time...was 50/50 about that.
  2. Been watching the Monday Night Wars documentary, with no issue, but everything past and including The Rock [The War Gets Electrified] wont load up, anyone else have this?
  3. Watch Reigns and Curtis Axel on WWE TV for next few weeks, first one to go over the top rop....the other is the Rumble Winner...fact lol...technically, the Rumble is still going on as I type!!!!!
  4. I despise Cena, but man, that triple threat was damn good, it reminded me of the good old days. I get the hate for Bryan going out, but isn't Reigns loved by the WWE Universe? Anyways.... I enjoyed it, I wonder if The Ascension can live up to their hype, I have a feeling they wont be around long...I actually thought the Divas had a reasonable match. The USO's are just boring me now, not sure why, I used to love those guys. Title match was epic. Rumble was all kinds of weird, shite and awesome.....Kofi always makes me smile, why was I happy to see Boogeyman (slaps self) Curtis Axel never got eliminated?? Which technically means Roman never won lol. Big Show and Kane arent interesting enough to me to warrant the end tension (or lack of). Anyone else notice that The Rocks pops are getting less noisey, people getting bored of his fly by visits??
  5. In this day VPN is not needed, you can get stuff one way or another from within the UK, my ISP has blocked all ways to "aquire" things, but I still "aquire" them easy with no VPN.
  6. Yes Chris, I think I will take the same route as you, no point keeping the big package on Sky just for WWE, when the quality of the ones you can "aquire" have stepped up so much lately (probably with WWE Network released in USA and more HD channels now.)...... Quick question though, is NXT up to date at least? As it happens week by week? Also...and this may be a silly question, but please tell me all 12 PPV's we get? Or is there 30 days for those too? Is WWE Network an On Demand service? Can you select what you watch, when you watch it? Or does it broadcast PPV's at 1am like Sky, or can you wake up next day and choose to watch at lesuire?
  7. So you can't watch RAW and Smackdown every week (the week it happens?) What's the point in that?? It kinda makes the whole thing pointless...hmmm not so sure I'll sub now.
  8. I love Sky's basic package, and will keep it, but rarely watch my Sky Movies now and only keep the full package for WWE (only thing I watch on Sky Sports). I now intend cancelling my movies and sports package completely and signing up for WWE day one.

    WWE Network

Well why are they saying it's gone global, if technically it hasn't! WWE telling lies!!

    WWE Network

Hiya guys, just some questions regarding the network, I know if anyone knows you guys will. Firstly it is said it went global yesterday, I am in the UK, but don't see any of the WWE Apps on XBOX or PS3 yet, any news when they will be out? Also, I am a WWE fan from yesteryear but still watch today, my son is hooked on it and we watch it every week, is the network reliable for the PPV's, like we wanted to watch Summerslam on it, is the transmission reliable now? Finally, is the WWE Network in HD? mainly the monthly PPVs mostly?
  12. His in ring ability wasn't the best, but that didn't matter, his crazy promo's and attire, his energy, made him one of my fave superstars of all time, RIP Warrior, very sad news, and although I am no fan of Hogan, the above is true, Hogan Vs Warrior was monumental, and one of the best matches in Pro Wrestling History.
  13. My take on WM 30 Opening Segment - I thought even with Hogans awful errors on the mic, which happens a lot lately, the opening was a blast, the old school Rock, seeing Beers thrown towards the ring, and how they all reacted to the stadium name mishap was perfect, I was kinda hoping to see a stunner on someone, but either way it was fun, again, The Rocks lines and jokes felt old school Rock...back when people gave a shit about him, it was nice to see, and funny. HHH Vs Bryan - In my years of being a wrestling fan (early 1990's - 2014) I have 3 generations of favourite Superstars, back in 90's it was Mr Perfect, 2000's was HHH, and 2010+ Daniel Bryan. So for me, the opener was exciting to watch, and I was hyped, I know some people said it fell flat, but I felt this could potentially be MOTN, it had everything I wanted, even a goddam Tiger Suplex lol. HHH's moveset looked slightly tweaked to me, but he still has it, Steph never fails to entertain me, she was great, and she looked amazing. HHH's entrance was awesome. All in all I thought this was a fantastic match. Shield Vs N.A.O - Kane: Squash match, and it needed to be, it felt short, but it delivered what was needed, Reigns is phenomenal, he is really growing on me, he's just a super talented monster! Also The Shield should always wear those face masks, super cool!! Andre the Giant Battle Royal - I started to get a little bored during this, at times it just felt messy, which is expected with all those men in the ring at the same time. Kofi is the luckiest shit in wrestling, constantly pulling off these amazing feats, god knows how many times he practiced that, I think he meant to land on steps, but the fall looked so much better. I had predicted Sheamus winning this, but Cesaro winning was awesome, I loved how he picked up Big Show, and just whizzed him out, then struggled with the Trophy lol. Bray Wyatt Vs Cena - Cena wins...yawn, this was my first disappointment of the night, I always struggle to take Cena serious, with his childish arm bands and such, his acting is god awful, his facial expressions in this match ruined it for me, pretending to be on the edge of insanity, instead he just looked like he needed a huge beastly stinking shit. I felt Bray should of gone over here. The singing was amazing, the crowd are so behind Wyatts.....as one sign said...Bray wins, or we Wyatt! Genius! The Grudge/Spider moment was amazing, but Cena over sold it, Bray was amazing here, tarred by Cena's...usual pathetic performance. Taker Vs Brock - I used to love Brock, sure he is no techie, and no shakespeare on the mic, but he always had the aura of being a monster....a proper monster, when Brock was on one, he killed people lol. The F5 is a brilliant finisher, it looks awesome. I always was a fan of him to a degree, with this in mind, I knew he was going down at Mania, I would of bet my life on Taker winning, and today I would be the dead man, I can honestly say, as gullable as I may seem, this was the one moment in years of watching that genuinely shocked me. Like many I feel this was a wasted chance for someone like Bray Wyatt, Reigns, or Cesaro, if the streak had to end, I would of let one of those 3 end it. As much as I like Brock, he will now walk away and not wrestle for another 4 months. The match itself was shit, but regardless of how, or why it happened, this will be one of those historic WWE moments people will remember in many years to come, and were part of that era, which is kinda awesome. Also did anyone else expect CM Punk to jump out of that #21 Coffin? lol. Divas Invitational - Predicted a Naomi win, but happy to roll with AJ Lee for awhile longer, it all went downhill after the Bella Botch, they tried, but the crowd just seemed bored as usual to me. Main Event - The RKO Bomb was amazing, (even though it wasn't an RKO..who cares it was still epic) I despise Batista, so happy he didn't win, Randy Orton looked like he killed himself on that monitor, a bit further up, and that could of been a nasty back injury. Bryan with a sledgehammer to HHH, awesome, I expected another screw job, not sure why the ref didn't fast count, it kinda didn't make any sense, but having Bryan take him out was nice. The right man won!
  14. I love that pic of Vince taking a...pic, it's awesome, very powerful image IMO, he must be so proud of what he has achieved, the rich lucky bastard.
  15. This 100% I dont know anyone can take Cena serious with his silly armbands, his always changing accent, and general lack of coolness.
