  1. Sad, isn't it? I've noticed the same over the years. We can't can't be challenged anymore, only placated to. The older games, at least in board form, can still be bought though.
  2. That's a great question. I always thought it was a great marketing move by The Rolling Stones to put Gimme Shelter on C.O.D. to get to a new generation of fans.
  3. Sarah Scissorhands..........I think I knew her once. LOL Went from purring to clawing in no time flat. So the high-end food and carpeted cat house it is. I do plan on spoiling her.
  4. When I move into my own place in a few months, I want to get a house cat. White black or gray. All solid color, so how does the name Sarah sound? I'll take suggestions.
  5. I've got a thing about ants. I hate them with a passion. I spray around the house a few times a year and am careful with what I do with my food.
  6. 1. Social Gatherings. I have social anxiety. 2. Elton John. Wore out his welcome. 3. Main stream news. Judging from the fact that everyone talks about it. 4. Politics. See 3. 5. Green Beans. Sauteed with butter and garlic, I could eat them all day long.
  7. And when pitching in American Baseball, a monitor of some such could be placed on the edge of those seats right behind the mound and fix "sights" on the strike zone. American Football may be out of luck until a vaccine arrives. With all the different pharmaceuticals working on one, I could see the NFL with its deep pockets paying premium prices for one after its approved, for their own use.
  8. Revenge is a strong motivator and keeps the story line active and alive. Consider the source of the rumor as well. I had a female friend who was big into soap operas and most of the "rumors" involving shows came to be true.
  9. How does everyone think the Covid will effect the WWE and wrestling in general for the long term? It is a contact sport and audience members are packed in like sardines sometimes.
  10. Has anyone heard anything new about her surgery? If all goes well with that, she can use the "beating the odds" medical angle to her advantage to give the audience another reason to love her.
  11. Skywalker was as good as it was meant to be I think. It was comfort food to me. All the usual suspects were there and nothing radical happened or was implied. It ran steady and I was entertained. I liked it.
  12. When the curtains are closed, you control your own environment. From warm candlelight to the steady functionality of flourescent lighting. I can see that being very beneficial in cities like London and Seattle.
  13. He was always my kind of comedian. My kind of comedy. Very funny man. Him and Chevy Chase were the best parts of the early SNL lineups in my opinion.
  14. No, you're not being unreasonable. He lied about why he wanted to use it which means he knew it was wrong. If he knew it was wrong, so should you.
  15. A mother and father are born in town X with a major league team. When they get older, they move to town Y 2,000 miles away that has their own major league team. Because town X is still their hometown, they still root for that team. Years go by and they have a child in town Y. This town is now the home team of the child. Who should the child root for when they get old enough to know what's going on?
