Dead Crow
--It is official that both Raw and Smackdown will be taped at the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester England on 10/10 and 10/11. It is the second time Smackdown will have ever been taped overseas (Christmas in Iraq) and the first time I can recall Raw taped overseas since a taped show in 1997 that is best remembered for horrible production quality and a forgotten excellent match with Owen Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith in the finals of the European title tournament. --WO I for one am damn happy, because not only do we get two quality shows, but my moms new bf works for the MEN Arena so I can probably get free tickets :D

Guest LOD Taker
RAW and SmackDown! will be taped at the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester England on 10/10 and 10/11 Officially Announced Thursday 7th October- RAW: Live & Loaded Tour at the Hallam FM Arena in Sheffield Thursday 7th October- SmackDown! Down n Dirty Tour at the Oddysey Arena in Belfast Friday 8th October- RAW: Live & Loaded Tour at Wembley Arena in London Friday 8th October- SmackDown! Down n Dirty Tour at the Oddysey Arena in Belfast again Saturday 9th October- SmackDown! Down n Dirty Tour at the Nottingham Arena in Nottingham. Saturday 9th October- RAW: Live & Loaded Tour at Cologne, Germany.... Cancelled Announced By Linda McMahon Sunday 10th October- RAW will be taped in England at the M-E-N Arena in Manchester. Monday 11th October- SmackDown! will be taped in England at the M-E-N Arena in Manchester. Both RAW and SmackDown! Tapings WILL be at the M-E-N Arena in Manchester as its the biggest in Europe which holds a capacity of 21,000 fans and the buy-rates would be phenomenal. the RAW Tour Of Defiance show at the M-E-N Arena a few weeks ago brought in a staggering $1,500,000 where as the shows in Dublin and Birmingham did around $700,000 so you see what i mean WWE Held it's fourth quater conference call today and in it Linda McMahon confirmed that there will be a RAW and a Smackdown! taping held on these combined tours. Thats your reason to why both RAW & SmackDown! will be over here at the same time. The Reason why Belfast have got another show is because of outstanding ticket sales. Both SmackDown! Down n Dirty and RAW Live & Loaded Tours will NOT be taped. I supose its just to hype up RAW and SmackDown! the following days. More information about this i.e. Ticket Sales should be announced around July- August. ill keep yall updated. cyall. ~The Lord Of Darkness :worship Edited June 24, 2004 by LOD Taker
Fletch
event he lure of television tapings cannot draw me to a wwe show again, i shall remain at home on the dates and shall be very happy to do so, wwe need to do more than that to get me to one of these shows, not even the Rock himself could get me to go with the state wwe is in this year, *prays for a TNA UK Tour*
Guest Richard Flair
You wouldn't spend good money to see your favourite...and I use that term loosely...superstars? I'm hanging from the ceiling in anticipation for the Raw show. Unfortunately, I fear that Smackdown has become such a dud that the ticket sales for that will be pathetic. On the other hand, there are a lot more 'marks' in the UK than there are in the USA. But I will be trying my hardest to get a ticket for Raw. Hey, I got one for WrestleMania...I might as well try and beat relatively the same odds again by getting a ticket to Raw!
Fletch
You wouldn't spend good money to see your favourite...and I use that term loosely...superstars? ! see thats the thing my favourite superstars are either a) not in wwe, or b) not likely to be on the tapings with the possible exceptions being Shawn Michaels and The Game Triple H. For start theres La resistance fair enough they might be on but not in a big match and Maven defiently wont be on now will he. My other favourites all dwell in that lovely place we know as TNA and if they did a a tour of the Uk i would be first in line to get a ticket to see Aj Styles, Chris Sabin, Michael Shane and My personal Favourtie wrestler of all time ever-Jeffy Jeff Jarrett. Now wouldnt that be good, even more so if they signed my second favourite wrestler of all time. Sean O'Haire

Dead Crow
U have watched SD right Drav? I saw WCW in 2000 and maintain that it would have been quality if I got free tickets (good freakin' seats btw) :D That's only an if though. If not, I'm gonna ask him if he can at least sneak me in. Guest A.C.
For sure I'll be there at SD! and RAW tapings! This has to be the opportunity for the meet-n-greet to beat all meet-n-greets. Gonna stay overnight in Manchester on the Sunday night: night out boozing anyone? :)
BRM
I'll be there hopefully maybe just one of the shows not sure which one shame they could'nt fix a ppv up too. But maybe i'm asking too much. The MEN is a fantastic arena i've been to a few others in the uk and they don't bare in comparision.
Guest Dandeman2004
I went to WCW in 2000. In manchester??? It was pretty poor. The Harris Brothers vs. The Mamalukes as main event???? Crazyness. Bret Hart was cool though. I went to Tour of Defiance and I hope to see raw and..... love to see smackdown as well. What about free tickets Draven????? Guest Boyo
I will be trying to get a couple of tickets, so if closer to the date there are a few of us going then yes, AC, a royal night out on the Sunday would be a must-do. Cheers!

Guest Richard Flair
We should try and organise a TWO gathering at the show (Raw and/or Smackdown) at a specific point and a specific time. I think that would be pretty cool.

Guest Cactus Jack
Question; why do they not beam it live to the US? EDIT: The Thought Of Time Difference Has Just Entered My Brain! Edited June 26, 2004 by Cactus Jack
Guest The Beltster
well if nothing else the crowd will be hot not as good as a canadian crowd, but good nonetheless Ha! UK crowds are the hottest in the entire World...Canada cant compare :D
Guest The Beltster
Question; why do they not beam it live to the US? EDIT: The Thought Of Time Difference Has Just Entered My Brain! Because of the time difference...this is why we dont get US PPV's here (we might do now though, with the advent of WWE TV here!). If they beamed RAW and SD! (which is a taped show anyways!) live to the USA, they would be airing at about 3pm on a Monday afternoon when all the kids would be in school and adults in work. Crap ratings. Guest Tajiri
They could always show it live US time, i'm sure nobody going to the Manchester shows would mind it starting a 2am on a Tuesday morning.
