Seriously he's been in the wrestling mainstream for over a decade and he does have the ability. He needs a push. Better yet moved to raw and against HHH. Who else thinks he deserves better?

Ive read hes going to be fired. Unforunatly it was on a forum and there was no link but apparently its because he wants a push and has been causing some arguements about it. I hope he does get fired, hes been shocking since The Outlaws.

I'm of the opinion that Billy Gunn is terrible. He functions ok as part of a tag team so long as he can get a hot tag, but as a singles wrestler he is the pits. He's flunked numerous pushes and can't even make a credible IC champion - and is highly precictable in the ring. He's added nothing to the product for years and I'm delighted he's off the roster, and can only say that if TNA hire him given the abundant talent they already have then they are really, really stupid.

i've always thought billy was a good tag team wrestler, but his career as a singles wrestler was, and obviously still is, going nowhere. i wouldnt be suprised if he tried to jump to tna, it sounds like he thinks he could do better there.

i wouldnt mind Gunn coming in to TNA in a main event role. TNA already has a lot of great young stars they can use in the main event but they dont have are the more recognised names to draw in new viewers. Im pretty sure Gunn would help. And what now with Spanky seemingly doing a U-turn and keeping away from TNA we need it more than ever now. Jeff hardy has actually improved the last few weeks but hes still not any good lol. We need a few big names on the roster to draw in people.

Obviously with the Outsiders coming in for Victory Road is a great start. Lets get Billy Gunn in

I liked Billy Gunn in The Outlaws, but as a singles wrestler he's weak.I have never had any intrest whatsoever in anything Billy Gunn has done since the Outlaws,he lacks charisma on his own,he's got the size and look that Vince likes, but after so many failed pushes I'm glad that Vince has realized that he's never ever going to get over.

Yeah, he was given a real chance to make it as a singles wrestler. Back in 1999, at the height of his popularity as part of the New Age Outlaws, he was given the King of the Ring, a program with The Rock and the Intercontinental Championship, and he proved that he wasn't a good singles wrestler. That's about it really.

However, I don't hate the guy. I did like the New Age Outlaws, if only for their act and Road Dogg's promos before each match. The fact is though, the guy hasn't really done anything since 2000, and he is stale.

Pity the Show-Gunns never got off the ground though :lol
