Ultimo Dragon *potential spoiler*

Well apparantly he's coming back...

It looks like Ultimo Dragon will be returning to WWE under the name of Asai. He will be working as a heel without a mask. WWE is also considering putting him into a faction with Kenzo Suzuki.

Strange, don't really see why they have to repackage him? Why not have him stay the same, and just feud with Rey, as Rey was feuding with Kenzo anyway. Typical WWE, having to change everyone regardless of whether they've been a success anywhere else. Either way I wish him luck again. He'll need it.

I really hate the idea of repackaging Ultimo Dragon...

Why? What's the point?...As Dragon he is one of the most instantly recognizable Cruiserweights in the business, To take that away from him for the sake of putting him in a stable with the terrible Kenzo Suzuki is ridiculous.

Actually I disagree cOma I dont think he needs to be brought back at all. Let me explain myself on this one 1st to bring him back would be a waste of time since the WWE already has more talent then they know what to do with. 2nd Since Ultimo didnt make that much of an impact the last time he came to the wwe.

The WWE repackages nearly EVERYONE though - be it unnecessary little things like changing 'Rhino' to 'Rhyno', dropping the 'Jr' from Rey Mysterio's name or making Tajiri's forename disappearing, or something more major like removing half of Taz/Tazz's suplexes, one thing remains the same - pretty much every wrestler WWE get, has to be shown to be different from their former persona.

Pretty much every personality change, is a result of treating their fans like imbeciles. Remember when Justin Credible had to lose the beard, in case fans confused him with Stone Cold Steve Austin? Genius.

Actually he had the talent his character has no potential, because what can you do with a dragon have a mask versus mask match thats it.

Or have a damned good cruiserweight match?

Oh sorry, you meant what could VINCE do with one of the worlds finest cruiserweights! Sorry, I thought you meant a promotion that knew how to handle them.

Repackaging him is a really bad idea. He was one of the best cruiserwieghts to wrestle. I don't even see why WWE has a cruiserwieght division. They don't do anything meaningful with them.

*Spoiilers spoiled* Mmmmh maybe can happen, maybe not.....

I read in a Lucha Magazine a interview with Ultimo Dragon, he speaks about his bussiness and future presentations in Mexico and Japan, about ToryumonX and his troughts about the newcomers, he also speaks about his old arm injury; is molesting him again and he maybe take a medical rehabilitation with it.

He no speaks (or maybe his comment`s was keeped off the record for the editor) about WWE and his work there, of course he not mention any return to WWE.

Anyway I like him as heel, is very intense and have a large arsenal, sadly his arm is a great disadvantage in any case.

Repackaging Ultimo Dragon to me is also a bit crap... I mean it just sucks in every way.

Personally Ultimo has never been a guy who's made me go "oooh" but just disregarding the gimmick/name he's worked so hard to build up is a bit sad I think.

Shame.

When he left, didnt he say he would return in Autumn.

Anyway Im glad hes changing to heel. Hopefully if he does go with Kenzo they will make Ultimo fued with Rey and then maybe Kenzo vs RVD.

Well he has told the Japanese press that he will be an 'ultra heel'... But a short japanese un-gimmicked cruiserweight being pushed as a ultra heel? Is he still on strong painkillers for that old botched up arm surgery?

Saying that if they do put him in some matches with Rey then should be crackers, not sayong they will 100% be great given the fact that their last bout was in WCW around 1997 and both where in prime condition back then, but they should be better then most things on Smackdown right now.
