Kam
Preview: HBK to take the Master Lock Challenge September 5, 2005 Instead of taking the Master Lock Challenge last week, Shawn Michaels teamed up with Ric Flair to take on Chris Masters and Intercontinental Champion Carlito in tag team action. Masters was able to make an already bloodied and battered Flair submit to the Master Lock for the big win, but this week HBK will try to become the first person ever to break the Master Lock. Will Masters continue his incredible roll or will the Showstopper create a masterpiece of his own? Masters gave his own thoughts on Michaels, the Master Lock Challenge and several other topics on Byte This!. Click here to watch. Also, General Manager Eric Bischoff has just announced a SummerSlam rematch for next week's Monday Night RAW. It'll be Kurt Angle vs. Eugene. When these two last met, Angle forced Eugene to tap out. Will Eugene suffer the same fate? Last week Edge and Matt Hardy took each other to the limit in a brutal RAW Street Fight that saw each Superstar taken away in an ambulance. What kind of condition will these two be in Monday?
Guest Hoffmeister
What will constitute as a good raw for me will be Cena getting a continuation of his recent boos, Masters to get over and at least two diva angles. And also I would like to see Tomko squash Benjamin or someone else rated highly by the internet fans.

Guest Jung
Masters is about as over as Val Venis is. Its embarassing to watch him. But seeing as his gimmick isn't working either, I can see why you like him.

On far less? Cena gets the biggest reaction on the roster, and Masters gets a reaction which can easily be toppled by someone on Heat. Its not even close. Masters has done absolutely nothing to suggest he's anywhere near ready Oh and hoffmeister, your gimmick still sucks.

Guest Jung
Cena doesn't get the biggest pops? Do you watch the show with the sound off? And if you truly believe people are silent for Masters cause he's a work of art, then you may be the biggest idiot to ever post here, and thats pretty darn impressive. Keep ignoring reality buddy. I hope you enjoy your soundless shows.

Guest Jung
Having a small segments of boos means nothing though does it? He stills gets more cheers than anyone else on the roster. And Masters still has barely any heat, and nowhere near that of a midcarder, let alone a main event push.

Everyone in the arena just stops caring when Masters come out, and only cheer when the lock is about to be broken. A midget mexican luchidore could come to RAW and get a better pop than Masters

I will admit for his entrance, the crowd are quiet, but when he speaks, the majority of the crowd go along with it. He doesn't seem too bad in-ring so far either. He hasn't had much of a match, so time will tell, but from what he has had, he looks decent enough to succeed in WWE.
Guest Craig
Why do people join this site to bash internet fans? When obviously, there one as well, or else, they wouldnt have found this site. And even though I like Masters, I realize he doesn't get ANY reaction, one of the cameramen walks out and gets more of a reaction then him. The only time people cheer for Masters is when he is in a match against someone who is already over, i.e. HBK, and to an extent, Flair, or when someone is going to break the lock. No one cheers for the guy, they cheer for his opponent. If you honestly believe that people are quiet because they are in awe, then this is not the site for you. I think for anything in the last 20 years to qualify as art, it has to be considered utter sh*t by 99% of the population, so he may have a point. And, just so you know, Tomko is rated highly by some people on here. As far as the 2 divas segments, why? If you just want to stare at women, then get a Maxim or a Playboy. Guest Hoffmeister
Cena gets booed nowadays because he doesnt call people gay, wear the home town jersey etc like he did 6 months ago. Cena gets a good reaction when his music plays because its a good tune but once the match starts and he starts to wrestle people are totally bored. He wears his own merch, which is selling like hotcakes, funnily enough. And didnt you see him last week? He called Kurt Angle gay. Or maybe you dont actually watch WWE shows at all. That would explain Cena's mysterious boos, and Masters' great heel heat. Maybe you're watching Jerry Springer or something. {Hoffmeister sitting with his back to the TV} *BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!* "oh! Chris Masters is on!" later... *BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!* "OH! Cena is getting booed! Yay!" *JERRY! JERRY! JERRY! JERRY!* "Since when has The King been over?!?!?!" For God sakes, I know there are a lot of IWC's where all they do is sit around saying "John Cena sucks, he cant wrestle and he calls people gay OMFG what a loser", obviously typing with one hand, as they are more often than not jerking off to the sight of their own "thoughts" (I use the term loosely) on the internet. Why cant you all go off and do that, leave the rest of us to, you know, be intelligent.

Guest Hoffmeister
I record Raw on my sky + and watch it one tuesday morning within 30 mins. I fast forward everything apart from Cena getting slight boos, Eugene getting boos, Masters' entrance and diva segments. The rest of the show is clattered with predictable garbage. Guest Jung
Why do you bother watching if you hate practically everything involved with it, and are just deluded into thinking, what you think is, what everyone thinks? After reading your posts, I'm quite surprised you don't like stuff clattered with predictable garbage.
Guest Hoffmeister
I can hardly watch any wwe telivison anymore, since summerslam 2002 till unforgiven 2003 I watched every show every week. But WWE has been terrible in my opinion since Cena turned face, Hogan returned, Eugene and various other garbage angles.
