Just a quick note, I emailed THQ-Europe yesterday about the release date of WM X8. I was suprised to see that I had a reply from them, it never said alot but they did tell me:

 

"Please do not worry. We will be making announcements shortly about our future product line-up for World Wrestling products.

 

You will start hearing news from July".

 

Hopefully this will mean there is annoucemnt coming soon, and maybe a possible release date in mid Summer/Autumn.

I'm just off the WM X8 message board over at http://www.gamefaqs.com and the guys in the US are tearing the game to pieces. A lot of them have gotten refunds and ore will be taking theirs back.

 

Ah, the days when WWF Raw on the megadrive kept people happy are long gone. This is definitely a game that I'll rent out before considering a purchase.

Yeah I have heard that the game is not that good, but I'm still gonna get it, I'll let THQ off this time as it is there first Wrestling game for the Gamcube

They need to dump THQ and use AKI again, much better all round.

I don't think its THQ, its Yukes the designers. THQ just publish the game, Aki and Yukes are designers, Gamecube should have either Anchor (RAW Titles) or Aki previos Nintendo Games.
