Guest Andrew
One of my favourites has to be from the press start screen from Sonic 3 which they then have an extended version of at the end of the game. I believe it was Sonic 3, but it could have been Sonic 3 + Knuckles (add on)
Guest Dave7g
The music to LED Storm used to make me smile.

Guest Kanenite
Final Fantasy X that theme was fitting for the ending. Metal Gear Solid 1,2 and 3 themes are pretty good. Of course the GTA songs, it's awesome to be riding around listening to some classics. I have a ton of favourites but can't think of half of them at the minute. Guest Wolverine
Final Fantasy IX - You're Not Alone (it plays in the third disc when Zidane is manipulated by Garland and defiantly ignores his friends). It just fits the scene so perfectly - I spent far longer fighting in those battles than necessary just so that I could hear the music again. Guest MrFill
I love music that comes "out of nowhere" in the middle of the tune with something special. Nice little touches make a tune for me rather than the whole as it tends to be "background" while I'm playing. An example of this is Mario Kart DS - one of the tracks has a whistle in the tune, the first times I was listening I didn't hear it, but putting headphones on and it REALLY stands out as so realistic. I tend to not go for the "dramatic" tunes in games as they try too hard most of the time.

Guest Anime Otaku
the song in MGS 3 that plays when you are climbing the long ladder in the Silo is really beautiful. Also the pop song at the start of FFX-2 is good.

Guest Lagwagon
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 had a great soundtrack. But the best song was on Tony Hawk 1 with Superman by Goldfinger. That was on repeat whenever I would play. SKA rules.

Guest Hemme
The Zelda themes are always cool, especially Zeldas III & 64, I seem to find myself whistleing along. The first two Resi Evil games had good music, as does the first Tomb Raider game.
