Wrestling "Fetishes"

Does anyone out there have things they love to see in matches (maybe things that aren't done so often) that gets them really excited- a non-sexual wrestling fetish if you will?

To clarify what I mean, mine is spots involving vehicles, and cars in particular. Back-drops onto bonnets, Pedigrees on the roof, if it can be done with a car in a wrestling environment, I love it. (Okay so the Blackman-Shamrock Circle-of-somthing match sucked but we can ignore that). I also love entrance areas with cars (Armageddon 99 and 00 for example).

When someone gets thrown off the Stage' date=' man i love those spots.[/quote']

Yeah, that always rules! The Hardys did those best IMO. I could watch people get tossed off stages all day... or off stages onto cars, now that'd be great!!!

I've got a silly little fetish right at the beginning of a match, when they lock up and someone gets pushed down.

I also love the really high spots in Ladder or TLC Matches, that hanging camera angle rules.

I always go nuts when a referee gets punched or assaulted as well. HHH is best at that sort of thing I think.

I loved it when they went backstage in the 24/7 thing with the hardcore title thing.

I always love it when a match goes backstage. It's best when they tease it- like Austin-HHH at Survivor Series... they'd get near the backstage area but not quite there because you knew something big would happen when they got there, very exciting!

I love it when someone rips out a suplex which you don't see very often - ignoring the german, vertical, snap, belly to belly, belly to belly overhead release, etc., but when Benoit hit the dragon suplex, I wept a tear of joy.

Add in things like the Emerald Frosion, and any of the rare "finishers" in the US/UK and I'm happy chappy. :)

Another one is the Capture Suplex, Tazz used to use it, i believe he hit it on Crash Holly in the Hardcore Battle Royal at WM16, i remember Kurt Angle hitting the Capture Suplex on Tajiri, i marked ut like a little girl when he did that, by the way if you dont know what a Capture Suplex is its basically an Overhead Belly-to-Belly with the Opponents leg up against their chest, its hard to explain, so i'll try and find a clip of it.

EDIT: Wikipedia Says...

Capture suplex

The attacker stands facing a standing opponent. The attacker then catches one leg of the victim and pulls the victim towards them so that they are face to face, with the attacker reaching under the victim's leg and hooking it. The attacker then uses their free arm to reach behind the neck of the victim and take hold of them. The attacker then quickly bridges backwards and releases the victim, throwing them overhead, or turns 180° while slamming the opponent down to the mat. This move can be used to counter a kick. The move is also known as the Head & Leg suplex, and can be seen as a variation of the Head & Arm suplex.

I like it when the Divas roll over the referee during the match, that's usually funny depending on what the ref does. I also big falls eiter from te stage or Shane O'Mac's dives from the tron.

I like it when there's a big spot, or table bump or something along those lines, and the fans chant "ho-ly ****! ho-ly ****", cause you know the spot was a good one then!

Also anything impressive and new makes me happy, along with any angles where people fool other people, or use their brains to come out on top (Edge using his MITB after Cena's match etc), as long as you didn't see it coming.

I'm a sucker for new and innovative moves. Every wrestler has his 'custom moveset'. (HBK's seven moves of doom, anyone?) And while I love HBK, I love it when a wrestler consistantly adds new moves to his matches. That in itself is a big reason why I like Shelton Benjamin and Johnny Nitro so much.

I like superstars doing their finishing or signature moves, but when they do them and there's something extra with the move.

Like HBK's superkick on Shelton in their Gold Rush match.

Or RVD's Five Star Frog Splash in the first elimination chamber.

or HHH's pedigree on Cactus Jack at Royal Rumble 2000 on the tumbtacks.

I also LOVED a good piledriver, when done properly of course. Especially through a table. Totally banned now, but still.
