hey people i found that theres a chance of Halo the movie comin out in around 2007 or 2008 im a big fan of the Halo games so i wanna know would you like it do you expect it to big mainly that kinda talk for me when it comes out i be there ready. :xyx

They have to use a no-name to play the Master Chief - if they put a name in (like they did with Judge Dredd) then it becomes about them more than it becomes about the character.

Expectaions are currently high, an advanced universe has aready been started with the novels, so a prequel to the games would be the obvious way to go. An origin of Master Cheif is what i'd like to see.

 

With Jackson already on board in a excutive producer role it already has some credibilty, lets hope it can deliver.

Stallone was perfect for Dredd though.

He was perfect for the role physically, if only he could say the word "law". :lol

 

I disliked the way they took the helmet off as soon as he walked into the lockers - they should have saved that for when he was "stripped" of his position.

He didn't take his helmet of there. He took it off when he was told to be at ease by Chief Justice Fargo in the main hall. I agree it should never have happened though.

I couldn't see them taking off the Chiefs mask in the movie or in the next game, as although the Halo storyarc is finishing, there are new projects for the chief :)

I dont think so either that will spoil the whole story. Aparently Denzel Washington may play Master Chief, I hope so because hes a good hard actor,he was good in Training Day.

 

Im sure it will be a good movie because an advert and short film director is directing it. Advertisers are usually the most creative because they have to make an advert based on a given idea and not something that they come up with. Plus Peter Jackson is producing it.

I did complete it on legendary - you don't see his face.

Whoever gave you that information is a twerp seriously. The whole "coolness" surrounding the chief is the fact he's very much unknown.

I've never really found Master Cheif that cool as a charchter. Sure i like the Halo games. But when you compare him to say a Charchter like Solid Snake or Ocelot he's no match on the cool factor.
