Lance Cade was let go, which explains his not being at Raw last night.

What on earth did he do? He was getting a major push. I was actually starting to like him.
That's a big surprise.
Suprising release to be honest.
He must of done something to really piss off the Mcmahon's
Yeah, he continued to completely suck sh*t and was so offensive to watch in the ring, they released him.
OMG. He's good :sad5:
daaaaaamn, never saw that coming.
He was bland,i wont be missing him very much.

I was starting like Cade as well stupid WWE

Maybe TNA might pick him up you never know

I actually thought it was a matter of time, just didnt think it would be this early.

I remember a few months back, some dumbass gloating over being 'right' that Lance Cade was the star of the team when Trevor Murdoch got released...haha, yeah, Cade...a star.

Good effort.

They were a really enjoyable tag team, but as single's wrestlers, both did very little for me.
I never really took to their tag team, they've always just got on my nerves.
Good riddance.

This sucks.

He goes from pinning HBK, to losing to him in a no DQ match, to out the door :(

Wow. Didn't expect that!
He was terrible in his role, didn't even notice he was there most of the time. He was given a chance and did nothing with it.

WWE creative tell him what to do, so he cant do anything if told to do nothing. He was terrible though, and i question why WWE put him as a 'bodyguard' for the top heel in the company, but continued to be treated as a jobber in the very few matches he had. How is he going to be a credible powerhouse enforcer if he loses every match and just stands there outside the ring while Jericho gets his ass handed to him in the ring? Obviously, the chair beating from Michaels will give them a reason to write him out of storylines. I expect him to reappear in TNA in his redneck persona maybe with Murdock.

I was waiting for this moment and I have to say that I thought his release would come mid-push. Even creative must have struggled when writing direction for him - even they need something to work with first. For me Lance has had no personality and has been a bit boring to watch. This was probably only me but I always thought that Cade hanging around Jericho diminished Chris' reputation a little bit and it seemed a bit pointless to me.

Anyway to summarise: No real shock there, Cade not the greatest in ring and had the personality of a grated carrot. Good luck to him for the future.

Good. He was crap.
