World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., has released Raven and Justin Credible from their contracts. WWE wishes both men good luck in their future endeavours.

Who will follow?

Maybe Jeff Hardy?

Well I feel sorry for both, Raven gets a push for him to be released?? Well I hope both get given a decent chance in NWA-TNA
Indeed, the WWE's loss is the indy's gain. I know very little about RoH, but would Credible fit in with thier style?
He could probably fit in anywhere, ditto with Raven
Yeah, I'd like to see them in TNA, probably help TNA out a great deal, and I think both Raven & Credible will have better matches and have the ability to take the matches that little bit further.
NWA should snap them up, but then again I'm surprised they haven't got Mike Awesome, Perry Saturn or Shawn Stasiak, since they were released.
yeah, I mean, they probably are cheaper than hiring LOD, and the matches would be alot better. Get rid of the old timers and bring in them guys.
I"m not surprised about Justin Credible,i mean the WWE never used him to their advantage,(although he will be a big asset for the Indies!) but Raven is a shock, poor lad just got promoted to Raw and then they release him.I don" understant Vince sometimes, still their loss will definatl y be TNAs gain as i"m sure Raven will be snatched up by them!.
Cant believe they released Raven just a week after bringing him back to Raw. I really dont understand that, but then again i dont seem to understand any of the booking that goes on in the WWE lately.
I myself can't beleive how much weight raven has put on. I don't get to watch heat and velocity etc, so I havent seen him since he had some odd match with some sort of loser leaves stipulation in it. Then he turns up on raw and he looks huge!!!! But as you've all said so far. Both were wasted really.

>Shakes head.....<

Vince, Vince, Vince... put the crack pipe down and pay attention to your company.

On loads of wrestling sites I've read that they won't let Jeff go cos he's a nice kid! Anyone else read that?

that can't just be the only reason

Can't say i'm surprised, Credible was never going to be given anything after X-Factor split and his friednship with Nash and HHH was just delaying his release. Raven was burried ever since he publicly stated he didn't want to be HeAT annoucer.

Jeff Hardy probaly wont be released seeing as he still appears to have some degree of a fan base amoung teenage girls, a trip to OVW is more likely.

The next set of guys set be released are the one's that the creative teams see no use for.

Well i cant say im suprised about Credible WWE having wasted him for about 2 years almost so i think Credible going to TNA will benifit him Raven wasnt really pushed much either ashame since he was great as Hardcore Champ in 2001
May i ask what has Jeff Hardy done that may result in him getting released from his contract?? I've always thought he was a good entertainer.
Apparntly Raven pitched an idea (complete with the new look) to the Raw booking team last week which went down very well and was started on the show, but he arrived at this weeks Raw to be informed that he was being released.
Gotta love WWE for that

apart from blowing spots, producuing some medicore matches, giving us medicore promos, usuing paint as a subsitute for drugs (j/k) and trying to imatiate the Ultimate Warrior in this years Royal Rumble... nothing really

a shame raven has gone... kinda looks stupid that the main event and upper card guys can argue and rufuse (most of the time) while the guys who are below that "level" either have to like it or get the F' out

what a waste raven and cerdible were.

I remember during the Hardyz Vs Undertaker mini-feud that existed in Summer 2002, Raven once helped Taker get revenge on Jeff, which made me think about how it would be the perfect angle for Raven to get involved in. He could get involved deeper with the Undertaker, and become his ally, and help him go about seeking respect and what not.

Slowly, Raven would make Undertaker turn darker and darker. He'd act less like the Bad Ass, and more like the Dead Man. Then leading up to Survivor Series, Raven could betray Taker, The Dead Man could return and the two could go one on one at the PPV. Undertaker would job, and leave the WWE exactly 12 years after debuting. Then the midcard talent could run wild and free, and maybe get a push.

The next week, he was banished to HeAt forever. I guess my idea of using Raven correctly didn't match Brian Gerschwiz's.

Oh, and if Justin finds it hard to get work in wrestling again, he can always go back to his first love: Modelling underwear...on his head.
