Sting Makes His Return To "IMPACT WRESTLING"

1st December 2011

Don't miss Thursday's huge "IMPACT WRESTLING" broadcast on SpikeTV at 9/8c as the road to the Sunday 11th December "Final Resolution" Pay-Per-View event continues. Sting returns, Karen Jarrett is angry with the Knockouts, the TV Championship is on the line and much more. Here is a preview of Thursday's broadcast:

The GM "General Menace" Sting makes his return to "IMPACT WRESTLING" on Thursday night, and he's on a mission. The inmates no longer run the asylum, because the warden is coming back. According to Sting, first on his list is dealing with World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode and his assault on TNA President Dixie Carter, as well as recent attacks on AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy. What does Sting have planned for the World Champ? Tune in and find out as "The Icon" Sting returns.

Sources say Knockouts VP Karen Jarrett is LIVID over the Knockouts disobeying her orders to show more skin on last week's broadcast, and Karen is planning some major punishment this Thursday for the ladies of "IMPACT WRESTLING". Thus far, Jarrett has ruled the Knockouts with an iron first - but the question is, will the Knockouts continue to play with fire and question her authority? Don't miss it this Thursday.

In action on Thursday night, Robbie E defends the Television Championship against Rob Van Dam.

Plus, new #1 Contenders to the Tag Team Championship will be determined on Thursday in a three-way bout: Mexican America vs. Ink Inc vs. Devon & "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero! Which tandem will get the next shot at new titleholders Matt Morgan and Crimson?

All this and much more on Thursday's huge broadcast, including "The Charismatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, "The King Of The Mountain" Jeff Jarrett, the high-flying X Division Superstars and many more of your favourite "IMPACT WRESTLING" Superstars!

IMPACT WRESTLING

Airing Sunday 4th December in The UK

The Pope and Devon became the new #1 contenders by defeating Mexican America and Ink Inc.

Sting returns and calls Bobby Roode out. Sting talks about what Roode did last week and he must face the consequences. AJ Styles comes out and then does Jeff Hardy. Sting announces Styles vs. Hardy vs. Roode for tonight in a non-title match.

Austin Aries comes out and talks about changing the X Division. Aries needs some new competition but out comes Kid Kash. Aries offers Kash a title shot. They go to shake on it and start brawling.

Mick James beat ODB in a Street Fight.

Robbie E beat Rob Van Dam with the TV Title on the line. Eric Young and Daniels both interfered in the match. Daniels hit RVD with Angel's Wings and gave Robbie the pin.

Backstage segment with all of the Knockouts washing a car in bikinis. They all start brawling until Gail Kim shows up and sprays everyone with water.

Bobby Roode beat AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy in the main event. Roode got the pin on Hardy after interference from Jeff Jarrett. Sting came out and announced Hardy vs. Jarrett at Final Resolution in a cage match where the only way to win is to escape. If Jarrett wins, Hardy is gone from TNA. If Hardy wins, he gets a World Title shot. Karen Jarrett comes out and Sting bans her from ringside for the match!

I haven't been watching so can someone who cares tell me why we're not having Roode feuding with Storm? Is Storm out or something?

Also anyone who believes the KO's to be some superior wrestling division to the divas (I know right, hard to believe but there are) needs to study the penultimate paragraph in those spoilers.

BUT WE TAKE WOMEN SERIOUSLY~!

I've only been glancing at spoilers so I've probably missed something, but from what I understand, "someone" attacked Storm during the whole Roode title change business, which was supposed to be Roode and supposed to put him "out" for months. You would think.

Storm literally came right back the next week, and they did a "Who ran over Stone Cold?" angle trying to find the attacker, which ended up being Kurt Angle, transitioning into Angle/Storm and Roode/AJ and probably after that Roode/Jeff. No idea why neither are on this show though.

Basically, instead of doing the major injury angle to bring back Roode/Storm, they're...not doing that.

Yeah, that's what I got from it as well but I didn't know if Storm was legit injured hence why they bailed on Storm/Roode or whether it was simply that TNA are that f*cking stupid that they'd kill that angle in favour of two other angles which no one gives a crap about.

However I am going to watch the Mickie V ODB streetfight because it could be interesting.

I also shake my head that the best the bookers can do with all the talent in the X division is do a heel v heel match for the title at the next PPV. Still less Jesse Sorensen has to be good in the long term, kids got the personality of ply-board.

Just catching up on the six shows I've missed.

No idea what they are doing with the knockouts recently. And what was the deal with them two off street slappers (that's how they were portrayed), going into Abyss' home...I dread to think.

Angle has been hilarious though. In his opening promo last week, and on this show, when they were doing that sit down interview with Storm, and Angle interrupted the interview out of nowhere. Seemed that Kurt was really enjoying it.

Bobby Roode has been great. The being "selfish" thing, is really working. Main event was good, just abit dissapointed with the Jeff Jerrett interruption, as I was enjoying the flow to the match.

I've been really impressed with Austin Aries. Telling the crowd to "shhhh" at the start of every promo is great. Good start to his TNA career.

I thought it was a good show.
