Last summer, one man revolutionized the current WWE landscape. In a legendary moment at the end of Monday Night Raw, WWE Superstar CM Punk – as The Voice of the Voiceless – changed everything the world knew about WWE. Through his words and actions, a new leader emerged to set a higher standard, convey a new brand of attitude and ultimately ignite a revolution among the WWE Universe. His mantra? "Best in the World."

It’s not the first time WWE has seen such rebellion. Nearly 15 years ago, the legendary "Stone Cold" Steve Austin also revolutionized the WWE realm, sparking a new generation of supporters through his relentless, antihero behavior in one of WWE’s most celebrated time periods: the Attitude Era. Why did it happen? In his words, "'Cause Stone Cold said so."

Today, a new crusade is on the horizon, and it doesn’t start with an iconic WWE Superstar on television, online or at a live event. WWE '13 is imminent, and it’s time to Live the Revolution.

THQ’s flagship WWE videogame franchise returns to provide the most authentic, seamless and passionate experience to date – all while turning up the attitude. WWE '13 will transform WWE gameplay through the introduction of WWE Live™, completely changing the way players embrace the videogame’s audio and presentation elements. Predator Technology™ returns to further implement critical gameplay improvements, while fan favorites in WWE Universe Mode and the franchise’s renowned Creation Suite are poised to offer the utmost in player freedom. Furthermore, WWE '13 will introduce a groundbreaking, single-player campaign based on the highly influential Attitude Era. Complete with a robust roster – the largest to date in the franchise – along with a host of additional features, WWE '13 is ready to live a revolution all its own.

Punk being the main guy this time makes me happy. Looks like I'll be buying it if only because it's probably gonna be Punk on the boxart.
Every year I get more disappointed with the Smackdown/WWE franchise. Last years online was an absolute joke, it still doesn't even work if you wanna downloaded created superstars.

WWE '13 will also feature a special celebrity character - WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson. Tyson signing with THQ to appear in the video game appears to be a factor in Tyson's induction into the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame. Tyson also recently did a rare interview for Paul Heyman's Heyman Hustle site talking about UFC star Jon Jones' DUI arrest and it's believed that interview was set up by THQ.

I'm taking that list with a massive grain of salt. They've gone and used the picture links to see if they can find out, and the ones that have errors are what they're taking as true.

While I don't doubt that probably a large portion is spot on, some just really don't make sense, especially for the Attitude era portion. Bret Hart and Vader? Really?

I hope Ryback & Damien Sandow make it into the final game
Ryback maybe. Damien could barely just make it as DLC. Also, calling bullsh*t on the WO list. Why would Kevin Nash be on the "current roster"?

Hey, i really, really liked WWE 12. Sure, it wasnt perfect, but it was a fair representation of a currently pretty broken WWE. And dammit, I could never get bored of ****ting Alberto Del Rio in the face with a fire extinguisher. I like the idea of context sensitive out of ring moves/scenarios. but in terms of the CAW content, it really, really does need a facelift this time. Even i get fed up of the same outfits appearing in every game. That said, i still feel that WWE 12 got a lot of unfair and unwarranted criticism from the usual "I want it to recreate every obscure Japanese wrestling hold ever" fans. Sorry guys, if you want that, get a Fire Pro game, those are made for the hardcore, the WWE games, like the product itself is aimed at the mainstream. Rant over.

This is apparently for the WWE 13 game.

There's another side to that, there were a bunch of Japanese moves that were taken out over the years, that a metric shit ton of WWE Gamers went crazy over. Sure they can't get everything, but they're largely pissed about the removal of those moves, and year upon year lobby and bitch and cry and petition and moan to get them back.

I LOVE this. Mid air counters into finishers? Awesome!

Looks awesome. I'm loving all the stuff from the attitude era

WWE Games' YouTube page has the entrances and finishers for Miz, Austin, "Nation" Mark Henry, Mankind, CM Punk and current-era Chris Jericho.

I got a kick out of both Mankind's original theme and the Nation of Domination theme finally making a return.

And here are the entrances for the those interested. Chris Jericho's Jacket!!!!!!

THQ have themselves to blame for the depth of moves in the nWo and Wrestlemania / No Mercy games. Since then they've scaled it back, and why shouldn't people lobby for more moves. THQ is always on about the creativity their games allow.

Semi-Important Announcement Thing

So, as a representative of TWO, I'm off to Los Angeles next weekend to have a look at this game and we'd really like to know anything you guys would particularly like to no about, or questions you'd particularly like us to ask the designers. That sort of thing
