Face/Heel Turns - the Record?

After mentioning it in the Raw thread, lets find out: Who has made the most turns ever?

Like I said I can only see it being Kane or Show. There are probably other candidates from before my time or TNA or something as well.

Kane's turns from as far back in my memory:

1. December 2011 - turns heel upon return with mask

2. Early 2011 - turns babyface to fight Corre with Show

3. Summer 2010 - turns heel with "It was me Taker, it was me all along!"

4. Mid 2009 - turns babyface to...feud with Khali on SD?

5. September 2008 - turns heel with the burlap sack/mask/Rey thing

6. Fall 2006 - turns babyface to...feud with Umaga?

7. May 2006 - turns heel for 'May 19th'

8. Late 2004 - turns babyface after Lita's miscarriage (was not Snitsky's fault)

9. Fall 2003 - turns heel after unmasking

I would need some help before that.

Big Show's turns:

1. May 2012 - turns heel to get his job back

2. April 2010 - turns babyface when drafted to SD (punches Miz and Jericho)

3. Fall 2008 - turns heel attacking Taker for Vickie

4. March 2008 - turns babyface because Mayweather is a heel

5. February 2008 - turns heel on Rey before Mayweather angle

6. February 2008 - returns from hiatus as a babyface

7. Summer 2006 - turns heel to become the ECW Corporate Champion

8. Fall 2004 - returns from 'firing' as a babyface against Angle

9. November 2002 - turns heel when Heyman screws Brock?

Of course, this is only what I remember. Kane in particular must have many, many more "oh, guess he's a face/heel" non-turns that I've forgotten.

Anyway, can anyone fill in the gaps? Anyone have another name to toss in the ring?

As far as I remember he debuted in October 1997 as a heel. I think he had a face run in 1999/2000. Turned heel on Taker around Summerslam 2000. Had another face run in 2001 because he was definitely a face during the invasion angle. Then as far as I remember his next heel turn was when he unmasked in 2003.

I could be wrong about some of that but thats how I remember it

First name that came to mind for me was Big Show as well. I dont even think its close if you count WCW days.

And a fair few in WCW as well I think.

Oh Jesus, if we're talking about WCW, then the answer is "absolutely everyone, all the time".

Kurt Angle?

I remember when Big Show first joined WWE at Valentines Day Massacre. I'm sure that within 3 months he'd turned 2 or 3 times.

Show debut in the February 99' as a heel and by November he was a face then he had turned again by February 2000

Surely Kurt Angle has to be there. He's been in TNA six years and in those years alone he's changed from face to heel and back again at least 15 times. Easily.

Then again, there's a lot in TNA who turn on a weekly basis to suit them.

TNA have a revolving door concerning turns, the role are reversed whenever I decide to tune in

Surely Taker's gotta be up there? He's flipped sides quite a few times.

I don't think he's had all that many. He started as a heel in 1990. I'm pretty sure he was consistently a face from 1992-1998. He had a heel run in 1999 (the awesome ministry angle), then went on hiatus & returned in 2000 as a face (as the American Badass).

He turned heel at the end of 2001 & was a face again about halfway through 2002.

There may be more that I'm unaware of as I wasn't watching wrestling from 2007-2011 so let me know if I've missed any :)

I'm not 100% on 2002-03, but he's definitely always been a face since returning in 2004.
