Does anyone collect games or consules, if so which ones, how big is your collection?

 

I got 58 PS2 games online for 16.80 and 9 for £2.80 so 67 games for less than £20 not bad considering there is about 2000 games.

No, but I always wanted to, you can really pick up cheap consoles now though on Ebay, I suppose with emulators being so popular that's the way people go nowadays.

Not much of a collector, I just like playing some of em. Got a PS3 and a N64 and a few games for each.

in Argos at Xmas I think I posed it somewhere they were selling a megadrive with a load of games for a serious low price, you should check it out Jay, see if the offer is still there.

I did used to have a monster collection, but since I've moved house I've had to sell a fair amount off just so I could fit it all in here. I've had to be ruthless and restrain myself to the classics, so at the moment I'm housing a Megadrive (with MegaCD & Master System converter), a Gamecube (because there's nothing else I can play my favourite Japanese Naruto game on), an Amiga 600+ (with a bunch of original boxed games. Woo!), a PS2, a PS3, the original crystal xbox (because lack of backwards compatability for KungFu Chaos and Timesplitters Future Perfect is a b*tch), a 360, and an original Wii (solely for Zelda games).

 

I've had to get rid of my SNES (but it had gone yellow and the wires were breaking anyways so no real loss), my Gameboy Advance SP, my DS, my 128k Spectrum, my commodore 64, my Virtual Boy (although I took that back pretty much the day I bought it), and a buttload of old Game and Watch handhelds (none of the really expensive ones though unfortunately).

 

The only things I'm looking out for at the moment is possibly getting a wonderswan just for the emulation, I'd quite like a neo geo too, and I'll probably get either the new steam box, or the Ouya thingie that Android have been talking about.

I got original arcade machines renovated of Pac Man, Ms, Pac man, Missile Command, Galaga, and Donkey Kong and Donkey kong Jr.

 

Still have my Sega Genesis hooked up to in my living room right next next to the kids 360.

Where the hell did you find a Missile Command cabinet or did you build it yourself?

My buddy was a arcade collector right up until the day he died. After he passed me and a few friends pulled 72 complete or fixable cabinets out of his garage and basement. he actually had 4 missile command cabinets and it took some time to track down the proper boards but it wasn't impossible. Guy was a gaming collecting fanatic. He had every console imaginable, every rendition of Atari, a working Commodore, Atari 400s 800s 2600s 5200s. Took 3 full summers to finally sell or fix what he had acquired. Dude was smart as hell and dedicated to his hobby. The first summer we sold his stuff I sold 50 plus computer monitors old and new working and nonworking. If I could dig up the pictures of his basement when he passed I would show you the excess of what he had going on.

Sweet. Now now you just need a Polybius cabinet and you're all set.

In the last few weeks I got some good bargains Gamecube with gameboy add on with nine games £61 old XBox with 50 games for £55 this should bring my game collection to over 500. Not bad for 5 months.
