There'll probably be no cash in tonight...obviously! :lol
The PPV was relatively meh, but Uso's v Wyatt flunkies is well worth a watch - great match.

I read the results online. I laughed. I did something else.

It must be fun paying $50 for matches that might not even happen though. I remember when WCW and TNA took over the industry doing that.

I've seen a few negative comments kicking about, so curiosity has gotten the better of me and I'm off to read the results!

Edit: Oh dear.

but what did people expect honestly? Roman was never going to win the title at this PPV never, it was poor booking in the first place, one month they try to stop him getting a title shot the next month they are giving him one, makes no sense
Whilst I absolutely agree that Roman Reigns and the booking of the main event in general has sucked, the finish to that match wasn't the worst thing I read about this show. Maybe its because we all expected it and knew exactly where it was going given the planned Summerslam main event, but when I read it I just rolled my eyes and continued, where as when I read the results of the Battle Royale and the Jericho/Wyatt match I sat up and said "Are you f*cking kidding me?!"

They booked Reigns quite well in the match though; he was definitely the main focal point until the LOLSUPERCENA finish, anyway - but that was expected. The Harper/Rowan vs. Usos match was insanely good, and the Battle Royal too. Heath Slater got some heat, BAYBAY; Kofi did his usual battle royal magic job, they furthered the Ambrose/Rollins feud - imagine building a feud up over a couple of months rather than a quick blowoff match, shocking - and Jericho/Bray was damn good, even if Jericho is maaaaaaybe starting to slow down a touch, he took some hellish bumps.

On paper, the results looks hellish, but it wasn't THAT bad.

I don't think anyone expected anything, which is why only two people in this thread appears to have actually watched the show. Everyone else is reading the results and laughing at them.

Creepy little numbers nerd that I am I can't WAIT to see the buyrate of this one. I'm predicting about 17 buys, world wide.

I don't mind the Rollins/Ambrose match not happening. I'm sure people paying for show tickets and PPV's are pissed off, but I'm not one of those people and from a booking perspective their big blow off should be at Summerslam and it is nice to have a longer term feud. Sure, I might have found away of dragging it out that didn't involve announcing a match and then just not having it, but the theory behind it isn't the worst.
As far as I'm concerned Ambrose/Rollins shouldn't even end at SummerSlam, but then I've stated my case on the podcast (CHEAPEST OF PLUGZ) for why I think Rollins/Ambrose could potentially continue as a slow burner until next year's MitB.

So glad I didn't bother with this ppv, Ambrose/Rollins was the only match I wanted to see.
Wyatt's/Usos, just a great match from start to finish. I think the defeat hurt the Wyatts
