Turns out that Emma wasn't at Raw because she's been a naughty girl...

Current WWE Diva Emma, real name Tenille Dashwood, was reported to be arrested in Hartford, Connecticut yesterday, the site of last night's episode of RAW.

It is being said that Dashwood was arrested for attempting to steal an iPod case from a Hartford Walmart, but this part of the story remains unconfirmed. What CAN be confirmed, however, is that she was taken into custody and booked with a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Word of the incident had been making its way around the internet, with people saying they saw the report on the local Hartford news. A copy of the Hartford police record, confirming the arrest and larceny charge, can be viewed on the Hartford.gov website police blotter under the "Arrest Log" tab.

Here's the police record, just for those who like that kind of thing:

Future endeavoured all right, why knick something meaningless like an iPod case? :lol
Yay! That might mean she'll go away. Shame, because, last I saw of her, she was getting significantly less obnoxious. Still pretty f*cking obnoxious though.

Could something like this affect her visa to work in the States? I know they're iffy about folks with Criminal Records, so would they be as harsh as to send her back to Australia, or decline her next visa application?

So no, immigrants committing minor crimes isn't an issue.

From what I know, it's a two strikes and you're out policy after you turn 18 when it comes to "moral crimes", which includes theft, on paper, but it's never that harsh unless you really f*cked someone up, or it's an Al Capone for tax evasion thing, and they're just pulling technicalities to get rid of you. It would only be an issue if she wanted to become an American citizen, or if she didn't already have her visa. It's very rare that you'll get deported for minor crimes once you have your papers, unless the government has a vested interest in getting rid of you.

The actual issue for her will be Canada, because entering Canada is a f*cking nightmare.

I hope when the cops said "Put your hands in the air" she did her little dance...

This report is making the rounds.

- As reported this afternoon, WWE Diva Emma was arrested Monday in Hartford, Connecticut, near the site of RAW. According to the Hartford-based publication The Courant, she was arrested for shoplifting.

Police say Emma, who's real name is Tenille Dashwood, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after she stole an item from the Wal-Mart department store located on 495 Flatbush Avenue, which is approximately three miles away from the site of Monday's WWE event at the XL Center. The alleged theft was reported to police at approximately 1:00 p.m. and she was released at 2:13 p.m.

The WWE Diva appeared in community court Tuesday. According to her lawyer, Hubert Santos, she was told to participate in community service.

Santos said Dashwood's arrest stemmed from a mistake. He told the publication that she was using the self-checkout machine at the Wal-Mart when she purchased approximately $30 of items, but forgot to pay for a case for an electronic device.

Christ, arrested for forgetting to scan an item on a shitty, only-works-half-the-time, S.C.O.T. They should have just let her pay for it.

The fact that they didn't, and that she was found guilty and actually sentenced makes me doubt her story. I've forgotten to pay for stuff all the time, and never once had a problem.

Bleacher Report made a good point that she's probably not going to be released because WWE let her tweet during RAW, and WWE are absolutely insane about letting people tweet during controversies.

EDIT: It's also worth noting that, if she got community service on sixth degree larceny, that means she doesn't have a criminal record.

Stealing something worth $20...back to the land down under with you and your stupid f*cking dance.
Silly girl!
Quite a bizarre story
She's still the 4th most attractive woman on WWE TV after Paige and both the Bellas tho
Just read it on Bleacher :lol
The Bellas are mingers.
I agree, I don't see the attraction.

Nope. She's back. WWE just reinstated her.
