It's that time of year! What are your favorite Christmas movies? A Christmas Story, Home Alone, Elf, and Christmas Vacation are my top favorites. (I know some people don't consider Home Alone to be a Christmas movie but I am not one of those people).

Die Hard, Christmas Vacation and it's a wonderful life.

Home Alone! We began the tradition of watching this movie shortly after it left the theaters. I think it's just the best.

I'm going to say, "Home Alone, Christmas Vacation, and Die Hard." I am a huge Bruce Willis fan. I like all the Die Hards, also the Home Alones. I still laugh even though I've seen them 100 times.

Adding one more mandatory vote for Home Alone. I'd say it's more like a holiday movie than Christmas movie, but because Christmas is also a holiday, we end up watching Home Alone just the same. It's not super funny or anything special, but it's a part of my childhood that still exists until now, so it's hard to let go.

 

I really should expand my Christmas movie collection. Any other recommendation other than the ones mentioned here?

I missed this one. Have you seen it? I don't really understand why they decided to bring back such an old title, but the premise is indeed fun. Looking at the cast I'm not very intrigued, though. If the gang is funny enough, I will check it out.

Technically this is the third Jumanji.

We don't have any Christmas traditions, but I enjoyed watching Home Alone. There were a lot of movies being shown in most of these channels during the festive season and even though I watched a few, I can't remember their titles on top of my head. Now that I have come across this thread, there are quite a number to choose from already.
