TWO Forum Hall Of Fame

Theres been people asking for this for a while, so I'll make it soon.

 

Basically its the place where all the best threads will be kept for people to read whenever they feel like.

 

One question though:

 

1) Should it only be wrestling related threads - or from any forum?

 

Also if any of you have suggestions, please state them, although I'm hoping the forum leaders of each forum can pick some threads to go in it.

Unlike the avator debate, I think it should include all forums. One of the biggest attractions of a TWO Hall Of Fame is the fact that new members can get up to speed on things by reading threads that are famous, so to speak, at TWO.

 

While I think it would be nice to have quite a few wrestling topics in the HoF, I feel it would be better if all forums were represented.

 

However, and I have no idea how this could be implemented, I'd like to see some degree of seperation from Wrestling and Non-Wrestling threads. It would get a bit confusing if we went from "What do you like about TWO?" to "Austin walks out on WWE", and it wouldn't flow as well to someone going through every thread. But if it's too difficult to construct, chronological order will have to do.

Make a Hall Of Fame for each forum - it's simple because what do you see upon entering the forums?

 

Exactly - a multi subject discussion forums - honor each and one of the forums.

 

AND another suggestion - it is a good idea to put each of people who started a "Hall Of Fame" thread be incorporated in TWO Members Hall Of Fame.

 

That's purely a suggestion twas all.......

I agree that all of the forums should be represented. It could be done in chronological order if there was no other way of separating the wrestling from the non-wrestling threads, but maybe there could be another column saying from which forum it came, like it does when you search for the day's active threads or whatever.

That's a good one - and ADD a "Members Hall of Fame" for sure it'll be interesting and predictiable at the same time too.

I think it would be a good thing in some ways mind you. The ultimate pinnacle of a TWO Members' Hall Of Fame for me though would be if John Savident actually joined the forums and was dismissed as a PK wannabe! It'd never happen, but that would just be the greatest thing in TWO history if it did!

Theres already been an unofficial members hall of fame which is trés outdated now, and Kj's the only inductee to the official hall of fame last time I heard

Its simple... two subforums... "Wrestling Related" and "Non-Wrestling Related". The chronological order will happen anyway automatically as you add them. You just gotta find which are "HoF-worthy" and which aren't. Ones full of spam or Goldy flirting with everyone is not hall of fame. SD admitting he's 15 and Jess being a man (wait... somethings not right there... oh yeah, SD didn't admit to being 15) are Hall of Fame worthy. The Memories thread is hall of fame worthy. Don't forget, we got well over a year (bout a year and half) to cover.

I think you will have to have threads from all forums as some of the more enjoyable ones have been outside of the wrestling forums. It will be interesting to see which threads are classed as hall of fame worthy :) and draVen make up your mind.

And grapple grove is a hall of fame worthy thread :D Theres quite a few threads in general chat which are brilliant...even though my all time favourites are the memories thread and the gangs thread.
