Ahhhhh, I remember when my Hamster Gollum died, twas sad.

I remember when the mother of my Gerbil, Bruce (she was called Sally after a girl at school :bg ) died, I found her laying on her side, half her abdomen missing and Bruce sitting their with a face like a four year old eating a jam sandwich. I never touched him again, evil little ****er that he was! :evil

well you see sad as it was that he died unfortunatly i couldnt cry cos of the manner of his death.

someone left the lid of his house open and he managed to crawl out and jump/fall (were investigating whether it was an accident or suicide) out of the window. my flat btw is on the top floor of a three storey building

my flatmate told me about it by saying

"bad news im afraid, Colin has taken a leap of Faith"

so see my problem?

RIP Colin.

On the subject of death, although I don't wanna steal popsi's moment here.. I just wanna myself pay my respect to the victims in an horrific (and I mean that) crash outside my bedroom window this afternoon that I had the displeasure to witness, in which a young girl was hit, and the drivers most likely dead, if the damage of the bus and lorry are anything to go by.

But back to subject... sad to hear bout your hamster. I remember when my hamster 'Penfold' died when it got stuck in its house. So sad. But you'll be ok. He's gone to Hamster Heaven now (wow, that sounds like an ECW PPV :)). Make sure he has/had a good burial.

What a way to go I say. At least he went in style.

I remember my sister had a hamster and it died after about 6 months. It was a lazy little so and so. My sister was really upset so we decided to get her a new one but this one wasn't quite as lazy. My dad picked it up from the pet place and went to put it in its cage but it jumped away and under my sisters bed. Me and my dad then spent the best part of 45 minutes trying to get the little beggar into the cage. Sadly it didn't last as long as the first one. It died 2 days after we got it.
