It rages on 3 months after it began...and where is the man behind it Mr Jon Farrier?

I wasnt at the show myself, but i know two epople who were and they travelled t blackburn from Glasgow to see the show as they wanted to see the CZW guys who were on the card...

You all know what happened...the show didn't go ahead, due to the fiasco with the RING...and we all know the story behind that as well done we. Everyone who was at the show was promissed a refund of a free ticket to the next GWF show...when is it BTW? :)

Thats was three months ago and now Mr farrier seems to have disapeared off the face of the planet...

The GWF Ticket line has ceased taking calls and the Site 2kwrestling.com, is now offline...

The man is a joke and if anyone knows where he is please let us all know so we can get at him..he should never be allowed to even run a wrestling show again...or even be involved in this business that we all love as he has tarnished the good name of the Bristish wrestling Scene..

Good luck to all of you who are still to get your refund...and i hope this is resolved for you all very soon..

Don't get me started, i'm still disgusted with Jon Farrer, he is a disgrace, he seems too of vanished off the planet. The site has closed, we haven't been kept informed and he dosen't answer his emails. He owes me £50 still but i think i can safely say i have seen the last of that money. The worst thing is though he sent some refunds out so thats even worse for the people who missed out. I will never attend anything he is involved in again. I'm mad he never apologised in Total wrestling mag either, some buisness man. pfft. :mad
I really do hope that some one finds he and hope he gets what he deserves...i wont say it but im sure u know what i mean..hope u get ur money back goldy..

I can't say I have ever met Jon farrer although I have talked to him over emails before so couldn't tell you what he is like etc..

One thing that baffled me after the disaster he played it for as much as he could get out of it by being part of FWA new frontiers and working as heel associate to lambert i believe it was and what a run that was as he has vanished ever since.

Getting back to the point in hand if you brought tickets from him following the fiasco it is illegal for him to be holding on to the money plain and simple as that. He probably lost a whole heep of money that night but doesnt change the fact he owes you.

I am no legal expert so I would seek proper legal advice if you want your money back.

t doesnt matter if he lost out a she still owes all those fans their money back...he was part of the FWA set up after it for a few weeks, now he is probably sunning himself in the bahamas or something with all our money...
Please, if all avenues fail, try the small claims courts.

If I remember rightly, wasn't this the 'big show that will resurrect British wrestling?'

Which all goes to show that only two types of people should be allowed to run shows: Wrestlers and experienced industry insiders.

First Russo, then Farrer... Magazine writers are bad news.

The only magazine journo you can trust these days is Bill Apter, how bad is that?

No i dont think so, i think you are thinking about on of the FWA shows...the GWF show was not that well publicised really, but still nough people had heard about it and went..

No it certainly wasn't a big show, although there was a decent crowd there. It was the second show Farrer had put on as he did Battle Of The Champions the year before in Preston, but it had had a big build up through Total Wrestling mag and the net.
The show hada pretty decent card, the talent on the roster incuded the likes of CZW stars such as the Backseat Boys, also numerous UK talents and the Legend that is Jake the Snake Roberts.
