Isn't it about time that JR and the King started putting over other Raw stars other than Ric Flair. I mean the guy is a sixteen time world champ and one of the greatest of all time does he really need putting over? i think the facts speak for themselves. When Randy Orton arrived in the WWE he was constantlu put over during matches by JR and now he is a big talent on Raw. Why not try this with the likes of Test, Hurricane or Christian instead of just Flair.

You must rememebr though that JR encouraged wwe to bring in Nathan Jones, bad idea from where me and many others stand. However JR does put over another member of the RAW roster, Steve Austin. Ok they are friends and all but JR goes a bit overboard when anything goes Austins way. Yes i do agree that he and 'The King' should cheer on some of the 'Young studs' but it all depends on where each character is going.

Yeah I think JR puts over his favourite wrestler way too much such as Flair and Austin and King always puts HHH over a bit too much guys like Jericho RVD Christian etc hardly ever get put over by the commentator which is a shame

Its obvious favoritism rules the commentators, but as for the Orton thingy, they always put him over because he comes from a wrestling family and apparently his grampa and dad were pretty good.

JR and King are terrible announcers so don't expect much, they only ever support HHH, Steve Austin, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash. Although King has a thing for Val Venis.

Now dont get me wrong i didnt start this thread as a petition for Jr's retirement i think he is the best in the business and at the end of the day i think a lot of what JR and King say is put in their mouths by their superiors. All i was saying was they could help out younger stars a bit more.

I was watching an early Wrestlemania the other day 9 i think and I was JR's debut, His accent was never as strong as it is now! I can't believe that his accent gets stronger after years on the road, how in the hell does that work!?!

I think the change in his voice is due to his battle with the disease cell's polsey a couple of years ago.
