I've been there. It's in Newcastle near the Theatre Royal. Some of the tops are quite good, but they are replica tops so it's only really worth getting ones that don't have badges, apart from the Scotland ones where they must have some sort of agreement (maybe most of the British ones are like that, I don't know). For instance the Brazil ones have CBD instead of CBF on them, but just check out the top you want before you buy it to make sure it's decent. It's the closest you'll get, some of them are genuine I think (where they have agreements), and although it's 35 quid a go if you are a student you can get discounts there. If you're in Newcastle and want to check it out just be careful what day you go there, because I think they are only open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Over the net though, obviously you can get the tops no problem.
