Jonny Storm injured.

UK highflying wrestler Jonny Storm was rushed to hospital tonight after landing nasty while being thrown out of the ring during a rumble match in Southampton. Jonny was doing the usual TWA end of show rumble and took a dive over the top rope and landed pretty nastily.

 

Jonny and the zebra kid both went over the top rope together, in what looked like a hurricanranna, Jonny took the full force of fall on the top of back and shoulder, and it was soon obvious he was injured. And was imediatly helped back to the dressing room, where it was decided that Jonny should go to the hospital.

 

we are still waiting to hear news on Jonny's condition.

 

This is awful news as Jonnys career is going from strength to strength at the moment. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious and not a major injury and he won't be out of action for very long. I will post more when i find out anything else. I would like to wish Jonny all the best though and a speedy recovery.

It seems Jonny will be out of action for up to 4 weeks as he has torn a muscle in his shoulder. So that will rule him out of the FWAs Vendetta this weekend. He was due to wrestle Supercrazy, which is a shame as Jonny is in superb form at the moment. Still it could of been a lot worse, so a few weeks is not bad considering. Lets hope he makes a full and quick recovery! :)

shame about the supercrazy match cause i'd imagine it would have been real good but, like you said, it's good news he's only out that length cause i figured a dislocation would have been more likely with a shoulder injury.

I was just thinking how upset Verb will be to miss that match too, as i know he was really looking forwards to seeing Jonny in action again. ;)

I have decided I am not going to go because of that....nah, my old mans got his heart op on Thursday, so I'm going to have to give American Dragon vs Doug Williams a miss :(

His a great performer, the last time I saw him live was about 2 years ago and he look great, and I've been hearing great things about him.
