I'm going to be predictable and say Chris Benoit. When Paul E returns, which I'd say will be very soon, they should pair the two of them up and give Benoit a huge push as a heel. I think that'd work pretty well as Smackdown seems to be a bit top heavy on faces at the minute.
Cripps, i'm not sure where you've heard that, but don't expect Heyman back on T.V or booking again anytime soon, if ever

What I was thinking of was guys who have never really been in the title hunt seriously.

I did include Beniot and a few others originally (Booker T, Kane etc) but opted to go for younger guys who hadnt really had much of a shot yet.....

I chose RVD due to the fact that this guys ring performances have gotten him over hugely with the fans and with a push in the right direction and some big wins, I would love to see how high this guy can go. I think if RVD would be given the ball and a chance to run with it he has the ability to put on some spectacular title matches.

I also heard he was coming back on TV, but wont be booking due to the fact that he has a little bit of heat with Vinnie Mac.

I also heard something of a fued with Angle & Lesnar against a Paul Heyman stable. Which could be interesting, if true.

I also voted for RVD I feel he has been held back from been a main eventer for far too long now he always has good matchs but much like Benoit his below average mic skills will always stop him reaching the next level but I know RVD could be more than an overly popular mid carder

I voted for Orton, as on Raw he looks set to be the next guy to get a huge push.....I reckon as soon as Christian loses the IC title to a face (most likely to Booker, despite the Book being deserving of more) that Randy will be thrown into that title scene. I doubt Orton will get much further than that however, I think after winning and losing the Intercontinental belt he will end up in a Van-Dam-esque rut, as he doesn't have the size apparently neccessary of one of Vinnie's world champions.

On SmackDown it looks like Billy Gunn is going to get the next big push, as he will probably (undeservedly, especially when Hardy, Cena, Benoit and Rhyno are in the fold) get the US title at Vengeance, alongside Cena who looks set to feud with 'Taker ( with the Undertaker inevitably going over and bringing Cena back down to the level he is now, denigrating any rub Cena might have got from feuding with Calloway anyway).

I think on the Raw side of things, Rob Van Dam deserves a push most. He is probably the most over person on Raw, yet is stuck in midcard hell fighting the likes of La Resistance. Triple H's burial of him last year did nothing to help his career though.

On Smackdown I'd say Version 1 or Cena, both are very over and not bad in the ring either. Sadly, it looks like Billy Gunn is next in line for a super push here, probably going on to win the US Title, despite the fact his toher 50 or so pushes have failed.

On Raw...i'm gonna be a mark and say Chris Jericho. the guy has been doing some fine prefomances and sweet mic owrk, despite being buried, shoved back under the glass ceiling and looking at the ceiling so much he still sees those lights when he goes to sleep.

On SD!...i'm going to say Benoit just becuase his WWE World Title reign is way overdue...hell it's past it's sell by date

The ULTIMATE Push?

Hrrmmm...

WARRIOR~~~~!

I haven't heard anything about Heyman back on T.V, so don't expect it in the near future. He and Vince have heat, and probably always will, thusly I can't see Heyman taking orders from him, exspecially when it comes to creative.

P.S, i'd give the push to either Benoit, Cena or Van Dam

JR said on the LAW 2 weeks ago that he expects Paul Heyman to be on WWE television at Summerslam at the very latest. JR said Heyman has been dealing with his weight and has had a neck problem and has been getting that sorted.

Edited by The Crippler

be great to see heyman. but i want him back in the writing team (don't give me the " he's a consualtant" crap...it means nothing) and make smackdown better then recent weeks

Geez, you believe what Jim Ross says in media interviews:?

Even if he was tell the truth, things will change unpteen times by then.

Tut tut tut Singhy you obviously dont read the very same newsletter you write for shame on you :P

If you read my US news you would see that Heymans return is already being discussed and has been for weeks now. He may have lost booking power but he will be back on our screens soon enough. :xyx

I'll stick with what I know.

(Another tangent)

How the they missed the boat on Benoit is laughable. Interestingly enough, Benoit was slated to be where Brock Lesnar is now, as before Benoit when down with the neck injury he was going to be pushed to the moon.
