Personally I dont think it looks as good as expected but at least they got the Hell in a cell right this time.

GC looks worth it to me

 

I would say it is worth it. Waverace is extremely good, that starwars game looks decent enough and when you look at the rest of the games in development (Mario, Mariokart, starfox adventures, resident evil etc) it would seem like nintendo are onto a winner. After all Nintendo do make the best games for sheer playability. Also with the possible £150 price tag (see http://www.computerandvideogames.com for information) it looks an even better choice of console.

Well its confirmed now, 249 euros (£150) for a Gamecube on the 3rd May in the UK. Surely a price like that can convert some of the PS2 zealots, its ridiculously cheap.

£150 is the release price, half the price of the PS"'s launch price, good old Nintendo !

I just by all the machines so I don't have to get worked up over which one's to buy(I'm not thick, I don't by the one's which are blatantly crap), call me a money waster and see if I care! I've got the GameCube, I think it's worth it. I've got Luigi's Mansion and WaveRace. This looks good, i'm getting it for sure. I'm really looking forward to the X-Box. I've pre-ordered it and payed for it. I'm getting Raw and this adventure game on the release date. Life is so good. :)

Hold on just 1 minute! After posting, I looked at some of the posts and noticed that someone said GC's release price is £150. You must be bloody joking! I payed £310 pound for it, and if it sells for £150 there is going to be some beef!:mad

It'll be a fairly decent console, although will lack the 3rd party support needed to swing over the Sony/X Box fans.
