Who was the Golden Boy

I just watched Wrestlemania 2 and in the 20 man battle royal at Chicago was a Wrestler who looked like Hogan but was called the Golden Boy does anybody know who he is and has been in the wwf since 86. Thanks:)

His name was Dan Spivey and he was in the WWF in 1987. He was Sid Vicious' and then Undertaker's tag partner in the Skyscrapers (WCW). He was Mike Rotundo's tag partner in the US Express (WWF).

Yep,and he was also Waylon Mercy in the WWF around '96/'97.Who can forget..."Lives are gonna be in Waylon Mercy's hands,d'ya know what I mean?".
