I thought I'd seen a thread on this game, perhaps I was wrong. Is anyone else playing this? I've been watching the other half play, and last night we both had the shit scared out of us on the last level by piggsy.

Well i got it for christmas with high hopes. However after playing it i was slightly disappointed. Its not scary at all, yes its gory but personally i found it a poor game with no real depth. At least they got the graphics spot-on.
geez i got stuck on the first chapter (not the first level i hasten to add) just after you first get the brick and i can't get up to lv 2 or 3 with the crowbar :(

Tajiri_san - it is best to look all over the level, I did have the same situation as you - I couldn't find the crowbar anywhere till I went to every ruined houses and murdered every gang members I could get my hands on and you'll find the crowbar somewhere upstairs in the house with 4 bodies hanging in the main room.

I played Manhunt on "loan" from Blockbuster - I really enjoyed the game but sometimes can get irritatingly hard - but great fun for a place to vent your anger after a bad day with the metal baseball bat which can decapacite a bad guy's head! - a game to make you feel good.

I would rate it about 7/10 = Fair.

"Absoloutley Disgusting!!!"

It's obviously gonna raise the Daily Mail outrage factor, with cries from Henry Jr shouting down the phone "It's Absoloutley Disgusting!!!"

As far as a game, it's got great gameplay, and, I know you would crap yourself through fear, you'll need a settee to hide behind, because, with the lights off, you'll love it!

The graphics are cool, and it's probably telling GTA where to go as far as violence goes...

The most violent game ever made? You'd betta believe it!!!

Interesting - I also have that same problem, I just keep on bashing the bad guys - they will drop down....eventually - but it's worth it.

i may trade sonic heros for this, as sonic heroes really isnt ma cup of tea, 2d sonics better :)

The thrill meter is a great idea; the red cut-scenes really are quite horrid. I like steath in games, but only when it's needed, and it's needed in this game. Rockstar comes up trumps again:xyx

As far as people don't being scared by the game, like it says at the start, try playing it when you're alone, in the dark, at night...extra brown rubber safety pants at the ready.
