Nostalgia = ratings?

Vince seems intent on bringing back the 90's, or hell in some cases, even the 80's - but why does he think that it's a surefire tactic?

Yeah, it's nice to see Mr. P back again, but doesn't that just display a lack of confidence in the guys on the roster just now?

Wouldn't you rather see a push for some of the WCW/ECW guys rather than these old timers popping back to fill up TV time?

Yes I would like too see some of the new guys pushed up. But on the other hand, I like having some of the great's back on television. To anwser your question, yes. Nostalgia does equal ratings. Why do you think there are so many oldies stations on the radio?

If you think that the WWF has been nostalgic lately, you have not seen anything yet. Wait until Fri......:D

But his wealth is dependant on the WWF and the WWF is dependant on the fans and the revenue and ratings they give the WWF, if he loses the fans he loses everything.

I just can't see him placing it all on this, if it's lst hope then it's the fans fault for demanding to much. He can't help it if we want to much. He could always stick the belt round rvd for 18 months, by which time the fans and other main eventers will have walked away.

Personally i think the nWo has a great chance of working, and i'm looking forward to it more than the initial invasion.
