I see the situation has been improving around the world... I hope things can be more calmed in June. July should be fine, if there are no other rounds of infection and such.

Some couples I know were saying they got less time with each other because of that. But one of my friends who is currently in a long-distance relationship said it doesn’t bother him anyway. I guess it’s true. I would say people who could get through the challenge of not seeing each other often/ seeing each other so often, have true strong bonding between them.

Forget my naivety, but how does the company behind Zoom generate revenue when the majority of users access it for free? I see how inconveniencing it can be to get kicked out after 40 mins. Would you trust this app when holding classified discussions?

 

Zoom is getting its name sound in the stock market lately. I suppose some business at behind was done. Haven’t done any research on it so I am not completely sure...

Hmm, climate change. It’s true that the climate is getting more weird these days. I heard some of my foreign friends from the North saying that they didn’t have snow in the entire February but snow got crazy in late April.

Are there any YouTubers, or content creators on YouTube that you especially like watching? I liked watching Shane Dawson, Lilly Singh, etc. Though I don’t go to YouTube that much anymore. I used to be obsessed with YouTube until the platform became full of the same kind of content. Also, I don’t think YouTube is very encouraging to new creators with its thresholds for monetisation in recent years.

Saw a lot of different advertisements on stylish masks. It can be a fashion trend I believe, who knows! Even though I still think the quality and the functionality are way more important.

I indeed watched a bit of Tiger King, (not much yet) and it’s pretty interesting. Not in a mood of binge watching any Netflix series yet but hopefully I will be having more free time soon to watch more.

I am currently working from home. I don’t go out if not necessarily for now. It’s been like this for 2 weeks already. Not sure how long I can keep it like this though.

I agree with KaliR. I don’t like checking the ratings as well. I don’t want to be biased because of the ratings before I actually watch the movie. I like war film as well, but I was a bit too busy for films lately but I’m sure I will check it out later. I’m pretty interested in this one.

Honestly, binge watching can be pretty tiring for me personally haha. Though I also like to sit and just watch 3-4 movies a day when I have nothing to do. I wonder if there are any good recommendations haha.

It is crazy hearing about events and in Italy's case, whole regions shutting down. I wonder if the Tokyo Olympics will get delayed or cancelled.

 

I suppose it won’t be cancelled, well there is a possibility that it will be delayed... The virus can‘t survive when the temperature reaches certain level. I don’t exactly remember, but surviving the summer in Asia is pretty unlikely for the virus.

I guess no one really likes cleaning haha. I always have my stuff here and there and just couldn’t figure out a way to get organised. So when it comes to cleaning, it’s a very annoying task but I often found something that I was searching for previously.

I used to be a member of a book club. Not anymore because I didn’t really enjoy the atmosphere there. But it depends on the individual I guess. I have some friends who really like book clubs and are still active in those they have joined.
