Finally got round to watching the show last night and I did enjoy it. Not gonna go on for ages but heres a few points.
Is it the first time a Norwich City Home Shirt has been shown on a WWE PPV? Can't remember when but there was a shot of a guy in the crowd wearing one.
Glad Cena won the first match, it was never gonna be any good but at least the US Title is with someone who may do something with it.
Rock's promo was great, surprised to see Orton & co get the win, didn't think the Rock would lose at WrestleMania. Poor camera work on the Foley elbow off the apron, normally they switch to a shot low on the ground for this move instead of Foley just flying into shot, great to see the bang bang though.
Cruiserweight match was poorly done, should have been given much longer. Ultimo slipping twice was cringworthy, and why did the ref shout "Get him out of here" after he'd submitted, I personally never saw him tap, strange, but I'll be reviewing this on tape.
Molly is bald, and she looked ok, full judgement reserved until Raw.
Christian v Jericho was match of the night, everyone please consult their TWO Newsletter to see who predicted the Trish heel turn. ;)
Eddie v Angle and the Triple Threat were all great matches, the ending was very well done, shades of Warrior/Hogan at WrestleMania XIII perhaps? Glad Benoit won, never saw it coming, I was convinced that after he'd dispatched of Michaels he'd tirn around into a Pedigree 1,2,3 yawn, but WWE got it right this time.
