  1. Should make Rusev/Cena a towel match with Lana and Hogan holding the towels. Hogan will be involved with this match in some shape or form anyway. Bryan going from beating Evolution in one night to win the World Title to a Multi man IC title ladder match in one year, ouch!
  2. I've been watching the Rivalries series, just got Dusty v Flair one to do now. Watched the Edge v Matt Hardy one this afternoon, some really open stuff from Edge and Matt. The star though is Lita, really think that this documentary lets her take alot of weight of her shoulders from 10 years ago now. Really was a nasty situation that they all found themselves in.
  3. If they're re-writing Cap 3 to get Spidey which I think is likely as I don't see him cropping up in Dr Strange. Then we'll be getting Captain America, Iron-Man, Spiderman, Superman, Wonderwoman, Batman plus whoever else is going to crop up. All on the big screen within a couple of months of each other.

    WWE Network

After attending last year I've still not re watched Wrestlemania 30 yet. So this little documentary stirred a lot of emotions, I don't think I really appreciated my time in New Orleans last year until I watched this yesterday. Seeing the emotion from the NXT girls after their first Wrestlemania moment was fantastic. If you're going to Santa Clara this year or planning on doing a Mania in the future definetly give this a watch.
  5. The Curtis Axel thing is bugging me more than anything, I clearly have my priorities wrong.
  6. I also had the skipping issue, became a bit of a issue during the Triple threat even missing the end of the match. Seemed to become less of a issue during the Rumble match itself. I'm enjoying the network thus far.
  7. While I'm neither Scottish or Irish I don't think I've been as excited over a game this season as I am ahead of their meeting in Glasgow on Friday evening. Both off to decent starts in their group. Strachan v O'Neill at a packed Celtic Park, sure to be a great occasion.
  8. I called it back after the first episode. The whole episode was extremely dark, the whole "don't cremate me" thing could of probably done with a bigger arc, it's sort of brushed over despite really being terrifying. Danny's story also became both more interesting and darker. We knew he had killed serving his country and that it had a impact on him. But to see the story about how and who he had killed gave the whole Danny story some much needed kick. Clara has probably sealed her fate with the Doctor now. He's helping her because she's his friend but he won't be able to trust her again and her time on the TARDIS must surely be coming to a end I'd imagine at Christmas. Many questions to be asked going into the final episode with the Dark Water leaving us with 3 cliffhangers. I'd imagine that not all questions will be answered but I'd expect Danny's fate to be sealed somehow and maybe his relationship with the Doctor to change dramatically. As I said before I expect Clara's story to finish at Christmas. With Missy/Master we may get some answers but I can see her arc to stretch out over the next series. She somehow escaped Gallifrey in the pocket universe and that's part of a much bigger picture that won't be able to be explained in one episode.
  9. DC vs Marvel? Do you have a preference? She was 2nd choice for Black Widow behind Blunt anyway ;)
  10. DC vs Marvel? Do you have a preference? There was no official announcement of Cumberbatch as Dr Strange today. Feige did confirm that Black Panther will be in Civil War though. When asked about a standalone Hulk film he did confirm he will appear elsewhere. The films announced were all heavily rumoured, the only thing that's caught me unaware was the Avengers 2 parter. Captain Marvel has me excited.
  11. The Cybermen/St Paul's thing looks like a clear homage to The Invasion. I've enjoyed this series but must concede that they've overdosed on Clara. I'm still going with Missy being The Master, if it's River then ergh!
  12. Kevin Feige actually has a producing role here, which does suggest that Marvel Studios has at least some sort of influence over where Deadpool is heading. It could of course be a damage limitation exercise. But the ride itself should be fun.
  13. Easily the best episode of this season so far. Basically a continuation of the Impossible Girl story and the influence that Clara has had over the Doctor over his entire life. Also a explanation of why they ended up in the random barn in Day of the Doctor.
  14. Didn't that side just blow it in their final qualifier against Romania?
  15. Respect the players wishes, why would a manager wish to select a player if he has no wish to be there? Footballers can be spoilt brats at the best of times bringing in a player whose gone on record on saying he has no intention of representing his national team is hardly going to enhance the spirit within the camp. Dommenech is a fruit loop but I'd expect better from someone like Deschamp. Scotland put In a good performance against Germany and were on the end of some very questionable decisions from the ref. The Germans won 2-1 in the end but Scotland can take plenty away from the performance, Shock of the night though goes to Albania who took 3 points from their game against Portugal.
  16. Didn't explain who the humans were or why they were fighting the Daleks last night. Don't think there's been a decent Dalek or Cyberman story under Steven Moffats run at the helm.
  17. I'd have no problem with it as long as she's a quality actor. Some of the names banded around when a female Doctor is suggested do scare me though. I mean........... Sue Perkins.
  18. I did it, fully clothed too! Sounds muffled but I do get wet. [video=youtube_share;HtOQHIIgK4M]
  19. Was intended to make him darker and edgier yes, but the Tenth Doctor killed the sycorax in his first episode with a satsuma. The Doctor has always had his dark side suspect we will see it more with Capaldi incarnation of the Doctor. I'm also presuming at this point that Missy is a female incarnation of The Master. I'm a bit over mysterious women from the Doctors past after River Song and Tasha Lem. However having a female incarnation of The Master solidifies whats been said about the ability of Time Lords to change gender during regeneration without the mental outcry that would happen if were to happen to The Doctor first. Making it a much lesser issue when it inevitably does happen in the future. Well within the fandom anyway.
  20. The Girl in the Fireplace is one of my favourite episodes of Doctor Who so I got a kick out of all the references to that episode.
  21. So then new Doctor tonight, but will we find out why the phone was off the hook at the end of the last episode?
  22. Not been disappointed with a Phase 2 film yet to be honest. Genuinely looking forward to seeing this next week.
  23. Back in those heavy days of 2004 every 2nd thread in general chat was a food related thread. It was shortly after that that the annual favourite crisp/chip flavour thread stopped being a thing.
  24. The girl I'm seeing down that way gets bonus points for having Five Guys and Chipotle on the next street to her. Five Guys came to Manchester a few weeks back and has a restaurant opening in Birmingham soonish. Personally i think they could struggle outside London. The Burger fries and drink that I had on Sunday evening came to £15 you can get away with that in the capital outside I'm not so sure.
  25. Now you're just coming across really condescending. Ciaran asked a question, your're clearly knowledgeable on the subject. Maybe you could of explained it to him without being a asshat about it.
