When 2 wrestlers are outside the ring and the count has reached 9....at this point wrestler A rolls back in and wins via count-out. Other times, you have the same scenario, but wrestler A pokes his head under the bottom rope - this in turn causes the ref to forget what he got to, and start the count again. Make up your damn minds!
Rope breaks in a no DQ match are stupid. Sometimes, you'll see a wrestler not break the hold and the ref hold his hands up as if to say "dang, there really is nothing I can do", but mostly, you'll see stupid wrestler break the hold because stupid referee has started a stupid 5 count in which if reached, he'll disqualify the man on the offensive, even though both wrestlers have more than likely signed a contract, usually on TV - after their lawyers have already read through them - earlier that day, that states that the match couldn't possibly end in a disqualification because it is a no disqualification match. Stupid.
