If that's the case then I'm not surprised he's doing so well! To be fair I watched a make over programme a few years ago, can't remember the name of it, but he was on it and he seemed like a nice guy on that so if it was all character that I saw then that's pretty bloody good :lol

Just watching the TNA british boot camp thing and i must say, that Rockstar Spud guy is an absolute dickhead.

Ah right, what night was Nitro on then? Shame that because I might have made more of an effort to watch it although I hear I wouldn't have missed much. What do you reckon the WWE have done with WCW's stuff? Like props, announce tables, ring mats, championship belts and stuff like that, would have been a shame if they just threw it out.

Was Nitro ever shown over here? I vaguely remember watching it with my WCW mate but ie always thought that was highlights on Worldwide. I do remember it was on channel 5 on Sunday. EDIT: Nooo Sunday night HEAT was on Channel 5 on Sunday (obviously) wasn't it not WCW. Gonna have to do me some googling.

Here's a question as this has got me thinking. During the Monday Night Wars was it only ratings in America that counted? Because RAW used to be shown over here on Friday night oooonnn.... sky sports 1? and not Live on Mondays as it would have been in America. WCW was never televised much over here either apart from WVW Worldwide as Gringo said.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it. I remember that really bugging me when I went to my friends house to watch WCW back in the day, yeah he was a WCW guy, I most certainly wasn't.

Saw an advert on Challenge this morning for TNA and you know what really bugged me? Everytime someone hit a move the old "Boom!", "Thwack!" And "ooooof!" Things came up and covered the point of impact. It makes wrestling look like a joke.

Haven't been in here for I while! I was wondering guys if anyone can remember an have a link to that radio interview Triple H did where the radio presenter did a really funny Vince McMahon impression, or someone rang in and did one? Think there was another one where Vince rang up himself and they had a funny argument being as "Vince" as they could :lol. Cheers fellas.

I just don't see an need for it. Bare in mind I know as much about how to run a wrestling company as I do about synchronised swimming, so this I a completely ignorant point of view. I just think it would have been better when Sting was still relevant to the casual fan? He wouldn't have needed to be familiarised with the fans back then as he probably would now. Can't remember who said it earlier in the thread but the average WWE fan right now wouldn't have a clue who he is without research.

I've always had the same view on this. Just what exactly has Sting done for the WWE to warrant a main event match at Wrestlemania? Sure he's a shoe in for the HOF because you don't need a history in WWE to be inducted , but a main event at Wrestlemania? Nope.

FIFA 13 is the games console career mode. FIFA MANAGER 13 is a management game like FM. Same as that, when i play these types of games i cannot manage anyone else other than Arsenal, unless i do a few years with them then move on, but i always have to start with them.

Funny you should say that, before the Grand Master part, or after, not sure. Someone was in the ring and Dolph Ziggler and some other dude who looked similar ran out and started kicking his ass, then Scotty 2 Hotty came out , strange.

No I'm pretty sure it was a management game, i could be wrong though. Anyway my point still stands, i just think FIFA Manager is a lot more realistic, easy to get your head around and has some pretty cool features. I haven't bought this years though, so I'll probably wait until the next installment.

Last time i played FM, years ago, didn't you have to download patches to have teams realistic names and actual badges, because they didn't have the rights to use them in the game like FIFA does? Last i checked that was the case anyway.

I actually prefer FIFA MANAGER, much more realistic :). FIFA MANAGER: Arsenal. Vs. Tottenham Hotspur. FOOTBALL MANAGER: North London Red Vs. North London White.

He annoys the hell out of me, so I wouldn't shed a tear either. He's the type of wrestler that would go straight over to TNA and carry on his self promoting "TNA Internet Champion" thing which to be fair would give them a tiny bit more exposure.

I'm not sure if i prefer that one or the original WCW version(s). The first WCW version was a lot flatter and the colour was a bit more dull than the WWE version, perhaps Belty can give a better description but theres definitely a few changes.

GOD no the US Spinner was a monstrosity! The US Belt they have now isn't much better. The WCW US title was the perfect example of how a secondary belt should look but they couldn't really use that design now as it's too similar to the IC belt.
