Glen Johnson is by far the worst football player I've ever seen. He's just terrible. He can't so anything right, his crosses are woeful, everytime he has a shot it goes high and wide, he's slow and always gets caught on the ball and his passing is awful. How he's still at a club like Liverpool I'll never know.

Was Nitro ever shown over here? I vaguely remember watching it with my WCW mate but ie always thought that was highlights on Worldwide. I do remember it was on channel 5 on Sunday. Here's a question as this has got me thinking. During the Monday Night Wars was it only ratings in America that counted? Because RAW used to be shown over here on Friday night oooonnn.... sky sports 1? and not Live on Mondays as it would have been in America. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the spine of our team, absolutely nothing. Szczesny is a great goalkeeper, he's already proved that. Now say Wenger was to go out and buy an affordable, available replacement for him, who is that going to be that's better than he is? Centre backs good but not great? They were only the best CB partnership in the league last season but okay, they're not great. Love how he uses Arteta as an the example, why not Wilshere? Even Ramsey? Because they're both great, Ramsey especially. Arsenal had more injuries to key players than both Liverpool and Chelsea put together last season, as many as 8 of our top players were out at once at one point, that's why we came up short. We don't need another goalkeeper, in fact Wenger would be wasting his time pursuing one. A centre back? After Vermaelen leaving we could so with one, but we don't need to replace Koscielny or Mertesacker and Chambers is a more than capable back up or even starter ahead of Per, as he showed perfectly well against City. A strong defensive midfielder I'll give you, we've needed one for years, but it's not the end of the world if we don't get one. Giroud, Sanogo & Akpom all have their place and they don't need replacing with anyone who's name isn't Cavani, Messi, Ronaldo or Ibrahimovic.

I'm saying Arsenal already have 2 quality goalkeepers, why sign another one? What's the point? Szczesny won the golden glove last season, I think he'll be fine. If Jamie wants to talk about a team needing a quality goalkeeper then I think he needs to be talking to his beloved Liverpool.

Damn right I would have done, a trophy is a trophy at the end of the day. I even had the raging hump when we lost the Emirates Cup. Glad we won the Community Shield though, nice bit of silverware to add to the collection. We'll win at least one more this season without a doubt. Also, I really, really want us to win the Capitol One Cup this year, I don't know why but I've always wanted that trophy under Wenger and this squad having just won 2 cups in as many months seem like the squad to do it.
