    WWE Re-sign Tomko

Yeah. But I meant the guy he was wrestling. I thought by saying "the bald guy's Tomko", you'd know I was then referring to the other person, but I can see why it was unclear. However, I still feel that the other competitor bares a striking resemblance to Chris "Braden Walker" Harris, and as he was just being discussed, and as I am aware his time in the WWE was not one of huge success, I thought perhaps we were seeing a video of why Vince got angry at Braden Walker. But no, I made a calculated error, or "mis-calculated error" if you want to be fastidious about the error. However, I hope, in time, we can move on from this, and perhaps even further our lives. Here's to a brighter tomorrow :beerchug

    WWE Re-sign Tomko

    WWE Re-sign Tomko

I thought that was Braden Walker at first! But it's Tomko...isn't it?
  8. Ha, people say that EVERY year! It doesn't feel like Chritstmas to me until I hear lots of people saying that, which I already have. A lot of the time I think they're too obsessed with making it feel like Christmas to just enjoy it, and let it feel Christmasy naturally.

    Powerslam Top 50 2008

But I'm not comparing them to HBK & Bret Hart in terms of name value or anything like that, I'm pointing them out in terms of similarities in their careers. Miz wasn't exactly pushed as a singles performer, in fact he very rarely won a match. He was basically a comedy character, until he teamed up with Morrison and became amazing. And I don't see how Punk "far out-performed" Jericho. Not for match quality. Not for crowd reaction [neagtive OR positive], and certainly not for charisma. Miz has been far better than CM Punk this year, that's the last I'm going to say about it, it's going round in circles now. Say anything you want now, my opinion, and the facts, will not change :xyx

    Powerslam Top 50 2008

They haven't been teaming that long, you know, under a year. Bret Hart started off making a name in WWE in tag teams, as did Shawn Michaels. So I wouldn't say that's true at all. I'd say Jeff's suspension is more what got him it. They had specific plans [Jericho], or specifically NO plans [Carlito], for the rest of the people in MITB, so they gave it to Punk because he was popular enough to take it without dissapointing people.

To be completely honest, I wouldn't say Miz has had any GREAT singles matches, but neither has Punk. His matches with Morrison were good, but Morrison can have a good match with anybody, his KOTR matches were soo boring, especially the one with Regal. The matches with Chavo were painfully boring, and his matches with Jericho weren't very good at all. He's had no good promos at all, hasn't been funny or showed any charisma. Miz, on the other hand, has been hilarious in the ring with the Festus matches, on The Dirt Sheet, and has constantly delievered good promo's with Morrison. As well as that, their matches against Cryme Tyme and HBK & Mysterio have been very good, and the crowd have gotten into them more than they do for most Punk matches. :xyx

    Football News

"Football Far East" last night was BRILLIANT. The Japanese Celtic fans in the Tokyo Celtic Bar were class, really hilarious screaming at the screen, and, although Nakamura's obviously the big name, they're insistant that they're not only Nakamura supporters, they're Celtic supporters, and a lot of them have been since before Nakamura joined. Great show.
  14. Aw, so you won't be watching? What a shame. Ah well, at least but not watching you'll be happier, and there will be less complaining and those who like it can enjoy it nicely. 2009 could be quite good in wrestling, afterall!
  15. That describes it perfectly for me. It felt pretty festive as well, and the crowd was good, in size and noise.

But Punk has? Miz has had more good matches and promos than he has all year, yet Punk gets ridicuously high up. Miz > most WWE guys who got on the list.
  17. Maryse isn't that bad. At leats she's good eye candy, and that's what she's supposed to be. Nothing more. Don't expect 5 star matches. Don't expect 60 minute marathons. Just expect some eye candy with a bit of atheleticism thrown in. It'll be much easier that way. Well, for most people it will, for you you're probably glad to have something to complain about. It's sad, really.
  18. Dear God! That erection really is....embarassing. Not anything ABOUT it [;)], but the fact that he had it... And the show's beginning was GREAT! "You're just upset because Santa didn't get you your [some girls toy] pink convertable car" "*Gasp* Who told you?! I mean...how dare you?!"

Wise up. I've seen a lot of people on that list, stop making out I haven't. I've seen ALL the WWE ones, and I'd put Miz second out of them, because I can, because I have reasons to, because I feel he deserves it, so continousally tell me "umm MIZ isnt gud I watch shimmer der good MIZ is not in my 100!" all you want, but it's not going to stop me from saying what I feel is the truth, that Miz is EASILY a top 50, and should be a Top 10. And you're questioning MY judgment? You like the Main Event Mafia storyline, you think Beer Money and better than Miz and Morrison, and you think Alex Shelly is better than Miz or Morrison, and to me, that's absolutely ridiculous, so stop being so condescending and acting as if you know so much more than me because you watch some independants, I know what I like, I know what I find good, and I know who I think is better than others, and I'll say it, regardless of your "indies are better" logic.

So much sexiness on screen. Best Talker John Morrison/The Miz/Santino Marella [joint] Best Match Royal Rumble match 2008 Best PPV Royal Rumble 2008 Best Moment/Decision Jeff wins the WWE Title at Armageddon; er, pre-November 30th...Santino backstage, his girlish scream when Batista stood behind him. Loved it. Worst Wrestler Charlie Haas Worst Match Undertaker VS Big Show...uh, anyone barring the Steel Cage. I'll go with the Casket Match. Worst PPV Probably Backalsh, and it still wasn't that bad. Haven't watched any TNA PPV's, but I'm sure if I did, they'd be in here. Worst Moment/Decision Taking Jeff Hardy out of the Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series. It worked out well in the end, but sitting through HHH-Koslov was painful. At least the crowd chanting, loudly and passinately "WE WANT HARDY!" was great. 'Get off my TV' Award Charlie Haas, Alex Shelly.
  22. :O I dont think I've ever had these. Something to look forward to, of course?
